Dear Guests, Masuria Lakehouse is a complex consisting of a guesthouse and luxurious Glamps located between the picturesque Ułówki and Laśmiady lakes. Glamping is an adults-only property. The estate offers beautiful nature, a vast private area, and a beach with a sunset view. We provide a detox from the big city and relaxation in the beautiful Masurian nature. Info: - Our property is managed on-site by hosts Ewa and Radek, who will assist and explain everything. Ewa is a local therapist and a certified osteopath. She runs Beyond Therapy - a holistic therapy office in our guesthouse. To schedule an appointment, please call or text at 515379708 before your planned arrival. Glamps and Equipment: - All tents are equipped the same, containing a bathroom with a shower and a fully equipped kitchen. - Glamp Double features an open space with a large bed in the center. - Glamp Quad consists of two separate bedrooms and a living room. One bedroom has a double bed, and the other has two single beds. - The tents have a terrace with a table for outdoor meals and sun loungers. - In the wardrobe, there are electric blankets for guests' comfort on colder nights. It is not possible to place a heater or any other heating device in the tent for safety reasons. Food and Shopping: - Breakfast is included in the stay, delivered daily to the tent in the form of a picnic basket at 9:00 AM. Our guests have access to a lakeside restaurant where we serve delicious regional dishes and homemade a la carte specialties. - Restaurants can also be found in the nearby town of Ełk. In summer, the Bar under the Pear Tree in Stare Juchy is open, just a 7-minute drive from Masuria. - The town of Ełk, located 20 minutes by car, offers many shopping opportunities. Lake and Water Sports: - Access to a quiet and clean lake. - Two beaches to choose from, grassy or sandy. The grassy beach, where water equipment is available, is accessible to all guests (from both the glamping and the guesthouse). The sandy beach next to the glamping and the glamping hill is a quiet zone accessible only to adult guests. - Available for guests: a pedal boat (1), kayaks (3), and SUPs (6) included in the stay. - Fishing is possible after purchasing a permit at the Orlen station in Ełk. Bonfire and Grill: - There is a bonfire place by the grassy beach. - The grill is available at the guesthouse in the middle of the courtyard. The grill can be used after informing us personally or by phone at 733320360. Using the gazebo is free, provided you bring your own equipment and necessary accessories (charcoal, disposable dishes, etc.). For your convenience, there is also an option to use our grilling set (charcoal/firewood, paper plates, and cups). In this case, a fee of 100 PLN applies. Please leave the area clean after grilling and respect other guests using this space. - Open fire and grilling are only allowed in designated areas and after prior notification to us. Lakehouse and Area: - Glamping is located on the grounds of the guesthouse belonging to the Masuria Lakehouse property. - Our guests can move freely around the entire area (35 ha peninsula) and can use the restaurant building during meals. - Mowed walking paths lead through the area, allowing you to explore the entire estate. - We are very pleased that you have decided to spend time close to nature, in a tent, in our charming rural space. We would like to warn you that staying in a natural environment comes with the possibility of encountering its residents – such as spiders, mice, or other small creatures. Although we do our best to keep the spaces clean and tidy, nature follows its own rules, so they may sometimes appear in the tent, even freshly prepared. We encourage you to approach with openness and understanding – these small creatures are part of the local ecosystem and are usually completely harmless. However, if any problem or discomfort arises, we are at your disposal. Arrival and Parking: - Glamps are a 5-minute walk from the parking lot; during check-in/check-out, you will be transported to/from the parking lot by a melex. Parking is free. Pets: Although we love animals, we do not accept guests with pets in our guesthouse. We have two German shepherds living with us – our home guardians and friends Rex and Wolf – so we want to ensure peace and safety for both them and all guests. They are very friendly and love to play and accompany you on walks. However, they are large and fast, so if you do not feel comfortable playing with a large dog, it’s better not to throw a stick. They have lightning-fast reflexes. Thank you for your understanding and respect for this decision. ❤️ Check-in - from 15:00 to 20:00 (please inform us by text about your arrival time) - before 15:00 to be arranged the day before arrival "Check-in after 20:00" We inform you that standard check-in hours at our guesthouse are from 15:00 to 20:00. In case of arrival after this hour, an additional fee of 350 PLN will be charged. This fee arises from the need to provide individual service outside the regular working hours of our guesthouse and to respect our team's schedule. Thank you for your understanding, and please inform us in advance if you plan to arrive late. Check-out - by 11:00 There is an option for late check-out for an additional fee (if the property is available). Guests can use the beach and restaurant until the end of the day after check-out.
