A year-round cottage of 100m2 for up to 10 people in a fenced area, away from the city. It has two large rooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. All fully equipped. From the living room you can access a large furnished terrace. We have a grotto with a sauna (inside a bathroom and relaxation area) and an outdoor ball pit. Available all season and wood-burning. Outdoor pool available during the summer. The hearth is equipped with comfortable chairs. There is a parking lot in the habitat area. For more cars a special area next to the cottage has been prepared. Quiet and peaceful surroundings. Around the woods and fields. An ideal place for autumn mushrooming. The nearest well-equipped store 1.5 km, 20 minutes walk. Canoeing 20 minutes drive from the habitat. Distance from the center of Warsaw 43 km. One hour drive. Possibility to organize hen parties.
