Explore the Rustic Charm of Finca Emmita: Your Haven of Tranquility Finca Emmita is more than a place to stay; it is an experience, an opportunity to reconnect with nature and yourself in an environment designed for relaxation and enjoyment. We look forward to welcoming you to this little paradise. All you can hear is the sound of silence. Finca Emmita is a 10 min drive from El Perelló and 20 min from the sea, we are in the middle of a valley, with no neighbors or roads nearby. We recommend a car when you come to the finca if you want to make the most of the area. To access the farm there is a dirt road for 5 to 7 minutes, it is possible to get there with a normal car. Emma will send you before your arrival very detailed instructions on how to get there. The farm is 100% self-sufficient. It is solar powered, we collect rain water and the grey water is recycled to water the garden and plants. We also offer high speed internet. Life on the farm is further enriched by our 3 friendly dogs who will greet you every morning and will be happy to accompany you on your walks around the farm. You will also live with 3 cats and some chickens, whose fresh eggs you can enjoy every day. The swimming pool is shared and is open from June to September. Emma, the owner, lives on the Finca and you will only see her if you need something. She is very respectful of her guests' privacy. There is another casita at the other end of the grounds which is usually occupied by guests like you who are looking for peace and quiet. The 3 casitas Olivita, Casita Verde and Casa Luna are positioned so that you have good privacy from your terrace. The Olivita is a traditional country cottage, formerly used during the olive harvest has been recently renovated and offers a small well equipped kitchenette with oven, a living room with a sofa bed and a wood stove, the mezzanine loft has a double bed and is accessed by stairs. The bathroom has a large shower and a composting toilet. There is a nice terrace with table and chairs, sun loungers and barbecue (not used from June to September due to fire risk and replaced by a plancha). Upon entering La Casita Verde, you will be greeted by a small but well equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing anything from a quick breakfast to a special dinner. The living room, with its sofa and pellet stove, is the ideal space to relax after a day exploring the surroundings or simply enjoying the calm of the place. The separate double bedroom promises nights of deep rest, while the bathroom will surprise you with its spacious shower, promising a refreshing start to the day. No less impressive is the beautiful terrace of La Casita Verde, equipped with table and chairs, and sun loungers so you can enjoy the sun and the views without having to move from your little paradise. La Casa Luna, built 20 years ago with an ecological approach, is made mainly of wood and has a spacious dining room that integrates with the living room and kitchen with oven and wood stove. It has 2 bedrooms with en suite bathroom and composting toilets. In addition, you will find a spacious terrace equipped with table, chairs, outdoor sofa and sun loungers to enjoy the views and tranquility.
