Just 5 km from the Zegrzyńskie Lake, yet far from the daily hustle and bustle. This year-round wooden house, with an area of 65 m², has been designed with comfort and closeness to nature in mind. It can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people across two levels. Natural wood, carefully selected details, and modern solutions create an interior that combines the character of a country house with the aesthetics of contemporary design. The house features three bedrooms and a living room with a flexible sleeping arrangement. Guests have access to one double bed, two single beds, and two sofa beds. The bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets, blackout curtains, dressers, a wardrobe, and extra pillows and blankets to ensure a comfortable stay at any time of the year. The living room provides a cozy space for spending time together. A comfortable seating area with a fireplace invites peaceful evenings in a homely atmosphere. There are also books for adults and children, as well as board games, making it easy to find ideas for leisurely time together. The fully equipped kitchen allows for easy meal preparation and the enjoyment of leisurely mornings. It includes a stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, a complete set of dishes, wine glasses, a popcorn machine, and a coffee maker. A modern bathroom, fresh towels, selected cosmetics, and a supply of coffee and tea complete the house's amenities. Fast Wi-Fi makes it convenient to work remotely, and a screen for movie projection allows for creating a home cinema when connecting your own projector. Thoughtful decor, natural materials, and the intimate character of the interiors promote tranquility, regardless of the season and length of stay. During their stay, guests have exclusive access to the entire house and a private, fenced forest plot of 2000 m². This is a space where you can relax at your own pace, enjoying privacy and freedom. Outside, there are two terraces, garden furniture, a hammock, a swing, and a grill. A trampoline, swings, and a foosball table have also been prepared. In the private relaxation area, guests can enjoy the sauna and hot tub. The sauna is available for an additional fee of 110 PLN per day, and the hot tub for 150 PLN per day. Amenities can only be booked for the entire stay. For stays longer than 3 days, a 20% discount applies, and for stays longer than 7 days, a 30% discount applies. Firewood for the fireplace can be ordered for 200 PLN for the entire stay. Four-legged friends are welcome. The fee for a pet stay is 100 PLN per animal. Arriving with other animals requires prior arrangement. There is also an option to order breakfasts delivered to the house, priced from 39 PLN per person.
