Just 5 km from Zegrze Reservoir, yet far from the rush of everyday life. This 65 m², year-round wooden home was designed with comfort and closeness to nature in mind. Set across two floors, it can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. Natural wood, carefully selected details, and modern features create an interior that combines the character of a country home with the aesthetics of contemporary design. The house has three bedrooms and a living room with a flexible sleeping arrangement. Guests have one double bed, two single beds, and two sofa beds at their disposal. The bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets, blackout curtains, chests of drawers, a wardrobe, and extra pillows and blankets to ensure a comfortable stay at any time of year. The living room is a cozy space for spending time together. The comfortable lounge area with a fireplace invites you to enjoy peaceful evenings in a homey atmosphere. There are also books for adults and children, as well as board games, making it easy to find ways to spend unhurried time together. The fully equipped kitchen lets you prepare meals with ease and enjoy leisurely mornings. It includes a stovetop, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, full set of dishes, wine glasses, popcorn maker, and coffee machine. A modern bathroom, fresh towels, selected toiletries, and a supply of coffee and tea complete the home’s amenities. Fast Wi-Fi also makes it easy to work remotely, while the movie projection screen lets you create a home cinema when you connect your own projector. The thoughtful decor, natural materials, and intimate feel of the interiors encourage you to unwind, whatever the season or length of your stay. During your stay, you will have exclusive access to the entire house and a private, fenced woodland plot of 2,000 m². It’s a place where you can relax at your own pace and enjoy privacy and freedom. Outside, there are two terraces, garden furniture, a hammock, a swing, and a barbecue. There is also a trampoline, swings, and a foosball table. The private relaxation area features a sauna and a hot tub with hydromassage. The sauna is available for an additional fee of 100 PLN per day, and the hot tub for 150 PLN per day. If you book both amenities, the price is 220 PLN per day. Amenities can only be booked for the entire stay. Stays of more than 3 days receive a 20% discount, and stays of more than 7 days receive a 30% discount. Firewood for the fireplace is available at no extra charge. Dogs and cats are welcome. The fee is 100 PLN per pet per stay. Bringing other animals requires prior arrangement. You can also order breakfast delivered to the house, starting at 39 PLN per person. At your request, we can help organize yoga workshops, wreath-making workshops, or a relaxing massage delivered right to the house. Beniaminów is 5 km from Zegrze Reservoir, which offers plenty of opportunities for active recreation on the water. You can swim, sail, rent a kayak, or simply spend the day by the shore, enjoying the summer sun. The Bug and Narew rivers are also nearby, creating attractive areas for nature lovers and anyone who enjoys spending time outdoors. Free parking is available on the property. The access road is well maintained, and a lit path makes it easy to reach the entrance after dark.
