Our Dębowiec is a place with a soul and a unique atmosphere. For our family, it has always been a place where time stops so multidimensionally. With this vision, we renovated it, believing that it is the perfect place to stop not only for us :). It's not boring either, because it's a great base for trips to both the Polish Silesian Beskid and the Czech wonderful climatic towns. It's also very healthy in Our Dębowiec, as we have a brine graduation tower with one of the highest concentrations of iodine and bromine in the world! And now to be more specific: Our Dębowiec is a beautiful house for exclusive rent in Dębowiec in Cieszyn Silesia, not far from the Czech border. Located on a huge 70-acre plot with old trees and a view of the pond. Possibility of accommodation for 15 people. Close to the cities of Cieszyn, Ustroń, Wisła, Pszczyna. 16 kilometers from the ski lifts in Ustroń, the same to the attractive scenic hiking trails in the Silesian Beskid. Sauna, fireplace, barbecue gazebo, viewing terrace. Space to work, high-speed internet, wifi. Bed linens and towels provided. The house has an area of about 180 m2, and there is a spacious veranda. We rent the house only for exclusivity (it is not possible to rent individual rooms), so when you decide to rent you know that the house and garden are only at your disposal. The house includes: On the first floor: Living room with two comfortable sofa beds for two people, coffee table, cabinet, fireplace, TV, dresser, armchair. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is a refrigerator, kettle, sink, cooktop, wastebasket, plates, cutlery, cups, beverage glasses, pots, pans, glasses, utensils, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher. Passing room (coffee room) with two armchairs, table, clock. Bedroom 1 with double bed, bedside table, closet. Bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, washing machine. Veranda with rattan set (two armchairs+twin-seater sofa), oak dresser, exit to the terrace. Terrace with garden furniture (two tables + 4 chairs + 2 double chairs) On the 1st floor: Bedroom 2 with double bed, sofa bed for two people, bedside tables, table, dresser, closet, swing. Bedroom 3 ideal for a child, with a single bed, dresser, table and two chairs. Bedroom 4 with a double bed, a sofa bed for two people, bedside tables, a table, a chest of drawers, a closet, a swing. Bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, Finnish sauna, Terrace with garden furniture (table + 2 chairs + 4 deck chairs) For the vacations (July August) in the garden we lay out a swimming pool for children. Dimensions of the pool: 3.5 m diameter and 70 cm depth. In special cases, we can charge a refundable deposit of max. 1000 zl We charge an additional one-time fee of 490 PLN for final cleaning - payable by bank transfer. In case of payment during reservation only advance payment, the remaining amount will be due 30 days before arrival.
