Our Base is a unique exclusive house with a hot tub located right by the forest in the village of Ćmińsk. The house is situated on a large fully fenced plot with a paved parking area. The house has 8 sleeping places: two bedrooms, one with a double bed (or two single beds) and a sofa bed, the other with a double bed. The living room features a large sofa bed. The extremely modern structure of the building impresses with its volume, and the green surroundings of the property allow for rest and relaxation in nature. The property can serve as a wonderful base for exploring numerous nearby attractions, such as: Dąb Bartek, the ruins of the Józef Steelworks in Samsonów, the Henryk Sienkiewicz Palace in Oblęgorek, the ruins of the retaining wall in Bobrza, as well as many other interesting places. It is also an ideal place for hiking and cycling trips in the surrounding forests. Our Base is a year-round facility, a fully equipped, self-contained house with a fireplace, a fire pit, parking, and a garden hot tub with aromatherapy, which is available for an additional fee for the entire stay without limits and exclusively. The house offers 8 sleeping places. It has 2 bedrooms, a living room, a terrace, a fully equipped kitchenette, bathrooms with a shower and toilet, and an additional toilet on the upper floor. The house is air-conditioned, and the windows offer views of the forest wall. During your stay at "Our Base," it is worth visiting the nearby Kielce, which is the capital of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship. It is the only provincial capital in Poland located in the mountains - the Świętokrzyskie Mountains. Kielce is a city with many attractions, interesting monuments, and beautiful nature. On the property, there is a place for a bonfire, a grill, hammocks and a swing, garden furniture, as well as a trampoline and garden toys for the youngest guests. We provide two touring bicycles for guests' use. The covered terrace with a grill and garden furniture is conducive to relaxation in nature.
