Our cottages are NATURAlly closest to nature. Directly by the forest, just a few steps from two lakes, in the heart of Kociewie, next to Kashubia... The wooden barn-style house DUO1 is located directly by the lake on a spacious, fenced plot of 1600 m2. This means plenty of space for unrestricted relaxation. The area is surrounded by forests, and it is only a few steps from two lakes. You can walk, swim, fish, sunbathe, or enjoy blissful laziness. There are few neighboring properties near the house, so no one will disturb your peace here. The sunny area will delight sunbathing enthusiasts, and the rich infrastructure will allow you to spend time the way you like best. The wooden house has 2 bedrooms (accommodates max. 6 people). Bedroom 1 – double bed, large window with a view of the forest, bedding, armchair, wardrobe, shelf. Bedroom 2 – two single beds, bedding, dresser, nightstands, wardrobes. Living Room Comfortable sofa, coffee table, television, dining table with 4 chairs. The spacious living room is perfect for family time and celebrating shared meals. The divided space into a living area and dining area will meet all needs. The living room features a large sliding window leading to the terrace. Thanks to the floor-to-ceiling glazing, it lets in plenty of light, adding charm to the decor. Kitchen Modern, fully equipped kitchen allows for easy meal preparation. The equipment includes: refrigerator with freezer, oven, microwave, air fryer, induction cooktop, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, water filter jug, small appliances, a complete set of dishes and kitchen utensils... Bathroom Toilet, glass shower cabin, sink, cabinets. Additionally, for the comfort of guests, the bathroom is equipped with large and small towels, soap, hair shampoo, hair conditioner, shower gel, hairdryer... To ensure you lack nothing, the cottage has Wi-Fi, Netflix, board games, captivating books, as well as guides to Kociewie and Kashubia. The house is also equipped with: washing machine, dryer, iron, vacuum cleaner, or mop. Parking that can comfortably accommodate 2 cars. Guests have access to the garden: - pool (10x5 m), - hot tub, - sauna, - gazebo with a large sofa, screen, and projector, as well as a game table (billiards, foosball, air hockey), - grill, - table and chairs, - fire pit, - garden beds with canopies, - hammocks, - deck chairs, - umbrellas... We also provide (free of charge): - 2 bicycles, - 2 SUPs, - kayak, - inflatable boat, - mattresses, - life jackets, - Nordic walking poles, - tent, - badminton with a net, - sleds for winter fun, - balls... On this large plot, there are only two houses. They are arranged in such a way as to ensure maximum privacy and comfort for guests, but not always are both houses occupied at the same time, so you may be alone during your stay.
