Our cottages are NATURAlly closest to nature. Directly by the forest, just a few steps from two lakes, in the heart of Kociewie, next to Kashubia… Just for you, 2 wooden DUO barn-type houses. They are located directly by the lake and occupy a spacious, fenced plot of 1600 m2. This means plenty of room for unrestricted relaxation. The area is surrounded by forests, and it is only a few steps away from two lakes. You can therefore walk, swim, sunbathe, or enjoy blissful laziness. There are few neighboring properties near the house, so no one will disturb your peace here. The sunny area will delight sunbathing enthusiasts, while the rich infrastructure will allow you to spend time as you like the most. 2 wooden houses with 2 bedrooms each (accommodating max. 12 people). House Duo1 in a bright, summer boho style. House Duo2 in a more masculine, darker style. In each house: Bedroom 1 – double bed, large window with a view of the forest, bedding, armchair, wardrobe, shelf. Bedroom 2 – two single beds, bedding, dresser, nightstands, wardrobes. Living Room In each house, a comfortable, fold-out sofa, coffee table, stove (in the dark Duo2 house), television, dining table with 4 chairs. The spacious living room is perfect for family time and celebrating shared meals. The divided space into a living area and dining area will meet all needs. In the living room, there is a large sliding window leading to the terrace. Thanks to the floor-to-ceiling glazing, it lets in plenty of light, adding charm to the decor. Kitchen A modern, fully equipped kitchen allows for easy meal preparation. In each house, there is: a refrigerator with a freezer, oven, microwave, air fryer, induction hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, water filter jug, small appliances, and a complete set of dishes and kitchen utensils. Bathroom Toilet, glass shower cabin, sink, cabinets. Additionally, for the comfort of guests, the bathroom is equipped with large and small towels, soap, hair shampoo, hair conditioner, shower gel, hairdryer… To ensure you lack nothing, Wi-Fi is available on the premises, Netflix is at your disposal, board games, captivating books, as well as guides to Kociewie and Kashubia. The houses are also equipped with: a washing machine, dryer, iron, vacuum cleaner, and mop. Parking is available by each house, comfortably accommodating 2 cars each (a total of 4). Guests have access to the garden: - pool (10x5 m), - hot tub, - sauna, - gazebo with a large sofa, screen, and projector, as well as a game table (billiards, foosball, air hockey), - 2 grills, - tables and chairs, - fire pit, - garden beds with canopies, - hammocks, - deck chairs, - umbrellas... We also provide (free of charge): - 2 bicycles, - 2 SUPs, - kayak, - inflatable boat, - mattresses, - life jackets, - Nordic walking poles, - tent, - badminton and net, - sleds for winter fun, - balls... On this large plot, there are only two houses, so you will be alone throughout your stay. Attention! * The pool is available from May to September. * Due to allergies of some of our guests, pets are not accepted. Natura 2000 area. Many forests and lakes in the vicinity.
