When we first saw the property, it was in deplorable condition. The dilapidated interiors needed extensive restoration - from drying the walls, to knocking down walls, to uncovering surprises that time had hidden. First we came across newspapers from 1877 hidden in the wall, then we found shutters that wore several layers of paint. Finally, under several layers of gumoleum, we found the beautifully preserved wooden floor that now covers the entire house. It's so unique that it makes you want to lie down on it and watch the sun's rays moving across the walls. We did all this with the help of our close and kind neighbors. They were the ones who renovated the door together with us, and sometimes dropped by with a cake or a jar of homemade preserves to make the work more pleasant. Our goal from the beginning was to create a place with a large communal table as the centerpiece, bringing people together. Slowly, this dream is becoming a reality, right here in Bystrzyca Górna, between the picturesque Walbrzych Foothills and the Owl Mountains, in a spacious house with an impressive 3 meters high, which is conducive to regeneration and relaxation. The house also offers a state-of-the-art audiovisual room, ideal for both conferences and restful sleep, and three additional comfortable bedrooms. Family groups, friends, teams or even new acquaintances are welcome. This is the perfect place for yoga, culinary or creative workshops. Come to relax in the soft bedding, get inspired creatively, recharge with positive energy and nurture your inner peace.
