Description
On the banks of the Bug River, in the town of Mielnik, a unique place has been created – a nature observatory designed for those seeking a close connection with nature. Located right by the water, it allows for direct observation of the wild, unregulated bed of the Bug, which has remained unchanged for centuries, creating one of the last such natural river valleys in Poland. The architecture of the building perfectly fits into the landscape – the wooden structure and glass walls make the interior open to the valley and harmoniously blend with the surroundings. From the bed, at the table, or while writing, one can admire the lazily flowing river and the vast riverside meadows. The observatory resembles a capsule immersed in the biosphere – a place created for calming down and contemplating nature in its purest form. The conditions are simple and subordinated to the idea of minimalism and closeness to nature. The facility does not provide bedding – you need to bring your own or come with a sleeping bag. This is a proposal for those who wish to disconnect from the daily rush and immerse themselves in the rhythm of the river, the sounds of nature, and a space where nothing disrupts contact with the wild world. The observatory is located near the municipal amphitheater, we recommend checking the event calendar when making reservations :) After reserving the facility, the Association signs a loan agreement with the Booker.
