"Here the birds say good morning, and the stars say good night." If this is to be a special time, we invite you to a special place in the Bieszczady Mountains, in the forgotten valley of the Bieszczady stream Bereżnica, near the Solina lake, surrounded by Baligród forests :) "Miłochata" is a beautifully situated, sunny, scenic, year-round wooden house with a glass gable. The cottage is dedicated to a maximum of 6 people, ensuring a comfortable stay and relaxation at the highest level. The cottage is located on a hill in our settlement, about 200m deep in the forest from the Skrzydlata Chata and 300 meters from the nearest buildings at the edge of the village of Wola Matiaszowa. The cottage is surrounded by forest and offers a beautiful view of the opposite "Wierchy". On the ground floor of the cottage, there is a beautiful, scenic, spacious living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each with one large double bed 160x200 and one single bed 90x200. The bedrooms have beautiful glass gable windows with a fabulous view of the mountains and forest. In the living room, there is a fold-out double sofa just in case guests want to configure the sleeping arrangements differently. In front of the cottage, there is a fire pit, so that shared evenings by the fire can add a different dimension to relaxation. For our guests, we always leave something for the senses, such as scented candles, incense, Bluetooth music equipment, artistic decorations, and a "tasty welcome," so that you feel at home. For moments of relaxation in a chair or bed, we leave a small collection of books, including nature-themed books and books about the Bieszczady Mountains. Board games will also make shared evenings more enjoyable. We guarantee a unique atmosphere. The cottage is equipped with an outdoor charcoal grill and deck chairs. The property has Wifi, but if needed, the router can be turned off, allowing you to enjoy this little corner of the world :) For our guests in the living room of the cottage, we have prepared a projection screen along with a multimedia projector and Netflix and Prime Video services, so that every moment is spent pleasantly and to turn long winter evenings into movie screenings in the glow of the fireplace. By design, we do not equip the cottage with traditional television, encouraging guests to engage in conversations, be together, and enjoy relaxation to the fullest, without haste and unnecessary stimuli. Right next to the cottage, there are designated parking spaces for guests, with access to the cottage 300m along a gravel road from the main asphalt road. IN WINTER, due to the incline, during heavy snowfall, additional parking is prepared right at the exit from the asphalt road. For the guests of Miłochata, we have prepared a HOT WOOD-FIRED OUTDOOR BATH with HYDROMASSAGE (water jacuzzi). The desire to use the bath must be reported one day before the planned arrival date; otherwise, the bath will not be prepared. The cost of the bath is 500 PLN, a one-time fee for preparing the bath, which includes operating costs. The bath is EXCLUSIVELY for the guests of MIŁOCHATY, right next to the cottage, so that it is "pleasantly" within reach :) It will be beautiful, it will be nice :) FOR CHILDREN :) On the premises of the settlement lies a mysterious "Forest Playground," hidden among the trees. Here we will find, among others: a forest zip line, trampoline, swing, stork's nest, slide, sensory path, sandbox / mini beach with a mud kitchen. This natural playground is constantly changing, continually developing, bringing joy and relaxation :) The playground is located 150m from Miłochata, within our settlement. WARNING!!! We do not accept reservations for loud parties. There is a night quiet policy and a good neighbor rule in the settlement. The property has a recreational character in a slow style, in silence, surrounded by nature. Important information: In winter, during heavy snowfall, snow accumulation, or icy conditions, we have prepared parking for you at the exit from the asphalt road, 300m from Miłochata (we recommend leaving the car in the lower parking lot), while in other periods, access is directly to the cottage.
