Description
Tetrees is architecture that blends into the forest—a place created out of respect for nature and a need for tranquility. Located in the heart of the Biała Forest, in Popowo Letnisko, just 50 minutes from Warsaw, it offers something that is increasingly rare to experience today: genuine connection with the forest, peace, and open space. The treehouses were designed not to interfere with the natural surroundings, but to become an integral part of them. The simple, modernist form and the use of natural materials make the architecture almost blend into the landscape of century-old pine trees that surround it on all sides and define its character. This is not a building in the forest—it is architecture that was created around the trees. The entire structure was built exclusively from eco-friendly materials, and the facades were clad with natural wooden shingles, which, over time, harmonize even more deeply with the surroundings. At a height of about 9 meters, there is a spacious, 50-square-meter terrace—a place where you can truly step into the treetops and view the forest from a completely different perspective. It is a space of silence, tranquility, and a break from the everyday. Tetrees was born out of the personal need of its creators—environmental engineers and architecture enthusiasts—to create a place that responsibly and harmoniously blends design with nature. It is a dialogue between humans and the forest, based on balance, simplicity, and respect. The property is situated on a large, forested plot where the silence is broken only by birdsong. The area abounds in wildlife, clean air, and natural landscapes. Nearby are the Zegrze Reservoir, the Narew and Bug rivers—ideal spots for active recreation such as sailing, windsurfing, swimming, fishing, or bike rides. It’s also a space to slow down—for walks, forest baths, and a true respite from the city’s fast pace. Tetrees isn’t just a place to stay. It’s an experience of being closer to nature—in its rhythm and on its terms. Here, the forest reigns supreme.
