If you are looking for a unique place where there is peace and quiet, your cell phone is not constantly ringing, and when it "catches" the range and rings you don't hear it anyway because you don't want to, you have come to the right place. We own a house where you will feel like you are in a dream place. The house is located on a plot of land between the forests of the Roztoczanski National Park and the twisted like a creeping carrion Wieprz River, in the Natura2000 area. In the 30-acre garden a small fruit orchard and more than a thousand different plantings begin their lives. The house has an area of 237 m2 and is designed for 12 adults (while it will accommodate up to 20 people). In addition, we have the possibility of adding 4-5 extra beds for an adult or an older child, and for the little ones we have 5 soft as a cloud travel cribs. On the first floor you will find a huge living room with a fireplace, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchenette, a children's corner with toys, a toilet and a room with a bathroom adapted for the disabled. On the first floor you will find 5 spacious rooms with bathrooms, 2 of which can be combined into a large two-room studio with two bathrooms. The house is modern, automatic, intelligent, energy-efficient, unusual, extraordinary, surprising, unusual and a few other terms from the dictionary of words close to the word. In a word, it's cool. If you like gardening and miss it the most on vacation, then don't be shy and move boldly into a bed of luscious seedlings of strawberries and raspberries. The soil here is exceptionally fertile, as the many varieties of weeds and weedy... The living room is more than 3m high, on the first floor even higher - almost 6m, the windows are huge so that you can enjoy the view of the fields and forest, in general everything is big that ohohoho... In the kitchen you will find a refrigerator, freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker (makes lattes, cappuccinos, real americano and other inventions), toaster, stacks of plates and cups, unbreakable dishes for the kids and glassware for non-alcoholic drinks for the adults too. With two huge windows, there was room for a large table that could accommodate up to 24 people, for "herring" more. Chairs for children are also provided. The lounge area is equipped with comfortable furniture, a coffee table, a fireplace, a tv, a bookcase with books, where a seasoned eater or harlequin eater will find many items for herself. In time we will enlarge the collection with other rescued books as well as brand-new unwatched ones. We would like you to feel at home with us, without having to bring a maypole of stuff with you. At your disposal we also have a washer-dryer, an iron and ironing board and a folding dryer (one made of wire, you name it). All rooms in the house are ventilated with a recuperation system and air-conditioned. Each room is unique, but in each the same base, so two comfortable, large beds which are equipped with thick comfortable mattresses. The beds can be connected and get a sleeping area of 160x200 (or else: from the ground they are connected, but you can even disconnect). Closet, table, chair, extra beds, air-conditioning and other trinkets you will also find there. Each room comes with a bathroom with walk-in showers, a set of towels and a hair dryer. For the little members of the family we have bathtubs, potties, toilet covers and basin stands. Aaaaaaa one more room is unique: it has a 180x200 mattress, but it is 2m above the floor - on the mezzanine, under the mezzanine "stands" a lounge set, which can also be a place to sleep, well, unless you prefer to rock in the clouds then there is also a hanging chair. Here we have a place to play, rest and relax. Kids have a large playground, a house, a sandbox and plenty of space to run around or play hide and seek. Outside, tucked away in the field, you'll find a terrace with a lounge set and tables where you can eat food from our gas grill, a place to sunbathe on the bronze and beet, a sauna, a garden shower, a bathing tub and a fire pit. At your disposal is a large parking lot and garage for bicycles, strollers, etc., as well as a couple of riding toys for children. We also have for you the possibility of preparing delicious breakfast and dinner baskets, which include only products from local producers, i.e. delicious sausage, bread, cheese, butter, seasonal vegetables and fruits and other rarities. However, if you are fitlovers we will arrange delicious "boxes" for you. We also know some interesting places where you can pop out to eat something delicious. Our garden is bordered by a beautiful forest of varying heights, and a few meters (it will be from 200) away is a canoe landing (it's to the left facing the road) and Debra's nature trail (and it's to the right and also about 200m). If you love cycling then the surrounding bike trails are just for you, from new asphalt to gravel trails through fields or forest paths.
