Siedlisko Kotula was created out of love for the forest, silence, singing birds and clean air. Our place of power is located in the village of Trzepieciny at the foot of Kotula hill (341 m above sea level) in the heart of Roztocze. In the spring we are enveloped by yellow-green carpets of rapeseed and grain, and in the winter by down feathers. Our house, which we renovated, combines antiquity with modernity, so we kept the old tiled kitchen where you can still bake scones. There is also a large, spacious living room with a sofa bed. Three bedrooms, and for your comfort, 2 bathrooms. As befits a habitat, there is also she, the queen barn, in which we have created a space for relaxation. Intimate family celebrations, meetings and workshops can be held there. Below Kotula, where you can climb for the most beautiful view of the Roztocze and a multitude of herbs, a place has been created where you can recharge your powers away from the clatter of the world. Here you can soak in the warm waters of the loggia, luxuriate in the hammock on the terrace, warm yourself by the crackling fire of the fireplace or bonfire, and relax in the house, which has a terrace that you use both in summer and winter. We dismantled the fence and did not put it up again, opening the garden to the forest and the heads to the space. The Roztocze area is actively conducive to hiking, biking, paddling in a canoe on the Wieprz River and less actively collecting herbs, bird watching or wolf tracking, and here you will see the starry sky like nowhere else. You will taste specialties of eastern cuisine and wines from regional vineyards. Come here if you want to stop struggling with life and gain the power of peace.
