Come to Raíces Nómadas to rest in nature in the Florida house, with your motorhome, tent, in our Yurt, Tipi or Shepherd's House. We also invite you to create your own cabin or tree house. Raíces Nómadas-Centro de Formación, (farm school) Art and permaculture, welcomes its visitors (becoming partners) in the Florida house, Shepherd's houses, Nave-Yurt, Tipi, Caravan or Van camping. Located on the farm of "El Coco", where you can get lost walking among the old oaks or pedaling through the greenway, where you will find a variety of birds, goats, sheep, bees, flowers and all the wonder of the Extremadura pasture. Possibilities: Immersion in nature and tranquility, as well as visits to nearby places of tourist, cultural and ornithological interest. In 2015, Raíces Nómadas is formed as a Cultural Association and continues to develop its work in the field of art and permaculture. Research, training, documentation and artistic creation through meetings and festivals, through everyday life and practices, have regularly taken place in the farm "El Coco". We also reintroduce native plants, create and maintain a self-sustainable system, with organic farming, goats, chickens and learning and practicing permaculture. Raíces Nómadas arises from the meeting of artists from different places and with diverse backgrounds and disciplines, with the purpose of rooting art in nature. The first ones met in 2014 while traveling and it is these nomadic seeds that we have decided to plant together. The rehabilitation of the structures of the farm designated as 'El Coco", between Palazuelo and Madrigalejo, in the province of Cáceres, was carried out from a spirit of recycling and autonomy, with the premise of reusing materials, the use of renewable energy and maximum self-management of waste.
