An intimate habitat - Przyłęk Ranch - in the village of Przyłęk, Sobolew municipality, Garwolin district. Among the Mazovian meadows and forests, far from the hustle and bustle of the city, there is a place that I inherited in an agonized state from my grandparents. With peace, nature and closeness in mind, I breathed new life into these walls. Przyłęk Ranch, is a rural retreat with a soul - ideal for those who need to slow down, breathe and feel the rhythm of life in harmony with nature anew. The more than half-hectare habitat includes: a house in which the owner of the property resides with his dog, a barn converted into a guesthouse, a barbecue shed, a garden, a large orchard, a forest and a barn. This is a space created with heart and passion. The intimate inn will accommodate up to 16 people for the night - so we maintain the homey, intimate character of the stay. We put at guests' disposal comfortable, but shared rooms (two 6-bed rooms and one 4-bed room), a large shared kitchen, where you can cook together or organize cooking workshops, as well as a bathroom and lavatory, which can easily serve larger groups. On the first floor there is a fireplace room complete with a feast table and sofa with armchairs. In addition, by prior arrangement and for an additional fee, it is possible to accommodate up to 3 people in my private wooden house, which I live in with my dog Baton. There is then a separate entrance, two rooms, a bathroom and a fireplace. Outside, a large gazebo awaits - perfect for morning coffee or evening conversations over wine. There's also a fireplace and barbecue area for socializing. On sunny days, you can lie on the grass or in a deck chair, read a book, listen to birdsong and forget about the clock. The heart of the habitat is the barn - a beautifully renovated wooden space with a soul. Inside, there is, among other things, a home theater, a pool table and a piano for those who want to add their own tune to the evenings. It's also a great place for music and movie nights, workshops - whether yoga, creative or herbalism. All buildings, except the barn, have gas central heating. There is hot water from electric therms and Wi-Fi in all buildings. Przyłęk Ranch is particularly popular with organized groups - leading workshops, development trips, women's circles, creative meetings. Proximity to nature, tranquility and comfortable infrastructure create ideal conditions for working with body and mind, while relaxing and being together. This is a place for those who appreciate natural and real things. There are no televisions in the rooms or hotel coldness. Instead, we offer the sun rising over the meadows, nightly conversations by the fire, fresh herbs to pick with your own hands from the surrounding meadows and a space where everyone can breathe for at least a moment. Also waiting in the area are charming walking and biking paths, forests full of mushrooms, historical monuments, a horse farm, a river and silence that soothes more than many a spa treatment. It's a good place in any season - in summer it blooms with greenery, fragrant flowers and birdsong, in autumn it smells of dew, damp moss and campfire, while in winter it invites you inside for warming tea and long conversations with liquor by the fireplace. Fresh cow's milk and eggs are available from neighbors, and local butcher and baker products can be purchased locally. I make the whole habitat exclusive - so that you can feel really comfortable, close to each other and close to nature. I also help organize intimate parties and anniversaries - I work with local catering companies and music bands. If you are looking for a place where you can take a group, lead a workshop or just relax in good company - you are welcome!
