Siedlisko pod Kasztanem is a pastoral nook in the village surrounded by old trees, where we prioritize your relaxation in every aspect. We offer a year-round exclusive house for up to 21 people, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We are located an hour's drive from Kazimierz Dolny, Warsaw, and Lublin. A range of attractions awaits you here. The ground floor features a 36m2 relaxation and entertainment area with a pool table, TV, two large sofas, and a coffee table where board game and card game enthusiasts can indulge in shared play and fun. The lower level is equipped with underfloor heating. On autumn and long winter evenings, a lit fireplace will enhance your reading and relaxation time. On the second floor, you will find: a professional dart set that allows simultaneous competition for up to 16 players and a foosball table, providing sports excitement at any time of the year. We know how important good rest is during every trip! That’s why we have prepared 6 bedrooms in the 250m2 Siedlisko for our guests. Bedroom 1: 13m2 with two single beds that can be joined (160cm) and one single bed (80cm). Bedrooms 2 and 3: 17m2 with two single beds that can be joined (180cm) and a sofa bed (130cm). Bedrooms 4 and 5: 12m2 with two single beds that can be joined (160cm). Bedroom 6: 7m2 with a double bed (140cm). We can also accommodate larger groups, for whom there are two sofa beds (both 140 cm) available on the ground floor. For each guest, we have prepared a set of towels and bed linen. However, please remember to bring your own flip-flops and bath towels for the Wellness Area. For your convenience, the house has 3 bathrooms with a shower and toilet, as well as one separate toilet. The bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer. We provide you with the entire house with a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, oven with induction hob, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, small coffee maker), which will meet the most elaborate culinary ideas. Cook on your own or grill to your heart's content. You can eat on the covered terrace or inside at a table that seats 16 people. Do you want to light a bonfire under the starry sky or at sunset? It's easy! A specially designated space awaits you. If you want to head into town for a restaurant, Garwolin with a wide gastronomic offer is only a 10-minute drive away. The nearest grocery store is Lewiatan, located 1.2 km away. Outside, enjoy a large garden covering 3000m2 or use the bicycles we provide and explore new trails and nearby forests. There are 4 nature reserves in the area, ranging from 4 to 20 km away. The local areas are a paradise for mushroom pickers. On the terrace, in the prepared wellness area, guests have access to a year-round jacuzzi with 86 jets for 6 people and a sauna with a panoramic window. We have also taken care of attractions for your children. Prepared proposals for children include: a football field, a volleyball court, a basketball hoop, badminton paddles, petanque balls, and a playground for the youngest. Splashing in the jacuzzi with a waterfall is an attraction for both small and large. Here, children put their phones aside. But that's not all! You can also plan all-day trips to the amusement parks Farma Iluzji and Majaland, which are easily accessible via the S17 route. Siedlisko is an hour's drive from Warsaw, Lublin, and Kazimierz Dolny. The nearest bathing area, Mamut, is a 10-minute drive from Siedlisko, and the Family Amusement Park Water Land is located in Wilga (22 min). On-site, we recommend shorter trips to Garwolin, the castle in Czersk, the Czartoryski Museum in Puławy, Nałęczów, and other places known to local residents. And there is much to discover! In winter, we do not slow down - we offer trips to ski slopes near Kazimierz Dolny, and after returning, enjoy the jacuzzi, sauna, snow-covered spruces, and a movie by the lit fireplace with a glass of warm drink. We invite you! Important information before arrival: 1. Sending a signed scan of the Siedlisko regulations before arrival or signing it upon arrival by the person making the reservation is necessary for check-in at the property. 2. A deposit is required for check-in. It amounts to 2000 PLN, payable by bank transfer 2 days before arrival. In the absence of damages at the time of checking the condition of the property after check-out, the entire deposit will be refunded within 2 business days. 3. The gate has a GSM module that allows it to be opened by phone. Before arrival, the guest will be asked to send the phone number(s) of the guests to grant them access to open the gate. 4. Towels for the bathroom are waiting for guests at the property. Please remember to bring towels for the Wellness area. 5. We do not accept pets. 6. During the stay, the host reserves the right to carry out necessary gardening work depending on the weather conditions (at least once a week) and maintenance of the jacuzzi. The information regarding the arrival day is arranged 24 hours in advance. 7. For the safety of guests, the external area of the property is monitored by video surveillance.
