Siedlisko pod Kasztanem, is an idyllic corner of the countryside surrounded by old trees, where we focus on your relaxation in every dimension. We offer a year-round house for the exclusive use of up to 16 people, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We are located an hour's drive from Kazimierz Dolny, Warsaw and Lublin. A number of attractions await you at the site. The first floor, with a 36m2 relaxation and entertainment area, has a pool table, TV, two large sofas and a coffee table, where board and card game enthusiasts can indulge in playing and having fun together. The lower floor is equipped with underfloor heating. For autumn and long winter evenings, a lit fireplace will make reading and relaxing time more pleasant. On the first floor are: a professional dart set, which allows up to 16 players to compete at the same time, and a foosball table, which will provide sports excitement at any time of the year. We know how important during any trip is a good rest! That is why we have prepared for our guests in the 150m2 Habitat: 3 bedrooms, one 13m2 with a double bed (140cm) and two 17m2, both with two single beds with the possibility of joining (180cm) and a sofa with a sleeping function (130cm). In one of the 17m2 bedrooms there is an additional double bed (120cm) . At the request of guests prior to arrival, we can prepare a single extra bed. We can also accommodate larger groups, for which there are two sofas with sleeping function (both 140cm) available on the first floor. We have prepared a set of towels and bedding for each guest. However, remember to bring your own bath towels for the Wellness Zone. For your convenience, the house has 2 bathrooms with a toilet and one separate toilet. The bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer. We give you the whole house with a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, oven with induction hob, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, small cafe), which will meet the most sophisticated culinary ideas. Cook on your own or grill to your heart's content. You can eat on the covered terrace or in the house at a table that seats 14 people. Desire to light a bonfire under the starry sky or at sunset? Nothing easier! A specially designated space for this awaits you. If you want to go out on the town to a restaurant, Garwolin with a wide range of dining options is only 10min away by car. On the other hand, the nearest grocery store is Lewiatan 1.2km away. Outside, have fun in the large 3000m2 garden or use the bicycles we provide and explore new trails and the surrounding woods. Waiting for you are 4 nature reserves in the area from 4 to 20km away. The local areas are a paradise for mushroom pickers. On the terrace, in the prepared wellness area, there is a year-round Jacuzzi with 86 jets for 6 people and a sauna with panoramic glass. We have also taken care of attractions for your kids. Prepared suggestions for children: soccer field, volleyball court, basketball basket, badminton stakes, petanque boules, and a playground awaits the youngest. Splashing in the Jacuzzi with a waterfall is an attraction for young and old. With us, children put aside their phones. But that's not all! You can also plan day trips to the Farma Iluzji amusement park and Majaland, which are easily accessible via the S17 route. The habitat is about an hour's drive from Warsaw, Lublin and Kazimierz Dolny. The nearest bathing resort Mamut is a 10-minute drive from Siedlisko, and the Family Amusement Park Wodna Kraina is in Wilga (22 minutes). Locally, we will recommend shorter trips to Garwolin, the castle in Czersk, the Czartoryski Museum in Puławy, Nałęczów and other places known to local residents. And there is much to discover! In winter we do not slow down - we suggest a trip to the ski slopes near Kazimierz Dolny, and after returning a jacuzzi, sauna, spruces covered with snow and a movie in front of a lit fireplace with a glass of warm drink. You are welcome! Important information before arrival: 1. Sending a signed scan of the Rules and Regulations of the Habitat before arrival or signing at the time of arrival is necessary to check in at the facility. 2. Necessary for check-in is the payment of a deposit. It amounts to PLN 1600, payable by bank transfer up to 2 days before arrival. If there is no damage when the property is checked out, the entire deposit will be refunded within 2 business days. 3. The gate has a GSM module, allowing it to be opened with a phone. Prior to arrival, the guest will be asked to send the guest's phone number(s) in order to give them access to open the gate. 4. Bathroom towels are waiting for guests at the property. Please remember to bring towels to the Wellness area. 5. During your stay, the host reserves the right to carry out necessary garden work depending on the prevailing weather conditions (at least once a week) and maintenance of the Jacuzzi. Information regarding the day of arrival is determined 24 hours in advance. 6. For the safety of guests, the outdoor area of the property is monitored by video surveillance.
