The Florina Residence is a luxurious villa for exclusive use located in Roztocze, away from other buildings, ensuring peace, privacy, and comfortable relaxation. Guests have access to 650 m² of private space and a 5000 m² garden surrounded by nature. It is the perfect place for relaxation, family trips, group stays, and a special weekend. The property features a wellness area with a swimming pool and jacuzzi, a private tennis court, a billiard room, a gym, a games area, a mini-golf course, a beach volleyball court, and a seasonal inflatable pool. Guests can also enjoy a barbecue gazebo equipped with a grill and comfortable seating areas, as well as a relaxation gazebo with swings and seating. The villa offers 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, including 3 private bathrooms attached to the rooms and 1 shared bathroom. Guests have access to a comfortable, fully equipped kitchen with an island and a spacious living room of 90 m², which includes a table for 12 people, a fireplace, and a 75" television. Smart TVs with internet access are available in the bedrooms and selected rooms. Guests also have access to a large parking area and a garage with two parking spaces. Pets are welcome. In the area, there are numerous attractions of Roztocze, including kayaking trips, the picturesque Green Velo route, and the sounds of the Tanwia River. It is possible to book the property for groups of more than 12 people. Each additional person incurs a fee of 200 PLN per night. A refundable deposit is required on-site: 1000 PLN for family stays and 2000 PLN for events, group trips, and bachelor or bachelorette parties. The tennis court is available free of charge for reservations of at least 3 nights. For shorter stays, a one-time fee of 600 PLN applies for access to the amenities.
