Description
Two cottages on the edge of the forest. 2000 m² of private forest that freely connects with the forests of the Krasnobrodzki Landscape Park. Instead of a television — panoramic windows with a view of the forest right from the bed. Instead of an alarm clock — birdsong. Instead of a streetlight — a starry sky without light pollution. We have two cottages to choose from. Sopot (~32 m², up to 4 people) — cozy, with a snug loft and a small library, perfect for couples or a solo retreat. Jeleń (~64 m², up to 8 people) — spacious, with a fireplace, three bedrooms, and a relaxation area with a Brazilian chair in the loft. The names? From the rivers of Roztocze — Sopot literally has its sources in our village. We built the cottages from wood from local sawmills and Józefów stone, on the edge of the 430-year-old village of Ciotusza Nowa in Central Roztocze. The area offers hiking and biking trails, kayaking on the Tanew River, mushroom picking in the fall, and berries in the summer. But you don’t have to do any of that — you can simply sit on the terrace, cuddle up to a pine tree, and do absolutely nothing. Kitchens fully equipped (induction hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker). On the terrace, a gas grill, and in the garden, a place for a bonfire. We collaborate with the local catering service Wysnackowane — they deliver breakfast boxes to the cottage door, made from products from Roztocze producers. Fiber optic internet (300 Mb/s download / 30 Mb/s upload), a desk in each cottage, good mobile reception — a rarity in Roztocze. If you plan to work remotely, here you can be in the forest in two minutes after closing your laptop. In Roztocze, we have more iodine than by the sea. Ants in our forest ensure there are no ticks in the immediate vicinity. The forest is full of squirrels, hedgehogs, lizards, woodpeckers, and owls. In the evening — a bonfire, stars, and silence.
