2-person Cottage by the Pond with a private jacuzzi (the only one on a 10,000 m2 plot) reflects in the pond's water, and the large windows reflect the forest of Puszcza Solska. We invite you to the secluded Lubusz Roztocze. The jacuzzi is electric, unlimited, and the water is always hot. There is a roof over the jacuzzi. While sipping coffee on the terrace, you can inhale the forest, sit on a soft sofa in the living room and admire the birds circling above the pond, watch a running hare, and if you are lucky, you might see deer sneaking towards the forest. In the morning, you will be awakened by hoopoes, hear the wind in the branches, enjoy frog concerts before sunset, expect the hooting of an owl at night, and above you, you will have a starry sky. What is it like here? Intimate, peaceful, hilly, and wooded; you can walk barefoot on the moss, run along the forest path for a morning jog, set off on bike trails towards the Roztocze waterfalls, visit heaths, pick mushrooms and berries, and in winter, check where the tracks lead in the snow. The cottage by the pond accommodates two people, inside you will find an open space combining the sleeping area with the living room and kitchen, plus a bathroom with a shower and a partially covered terrace with an outdoor table and loungers. You can leave the windows in the cottage uncovered to enjoy the panorama of the forest and pond, or cover them tightly with pleats. In winter, we provide underfloor heating and, of course, for pleasure, a fireplace (wood is prepared, and we do not charge extra for it), in summer you can use air conditioning for free. The cottage features large windows, a wood-burning fireplace, underfloor heating, a large covered terrace, new furnishings, hotel-quality white bedding and towels. Additionally, in the cottage, you will find a screen and a projector connected to the internet - an ideal option for movie nights. There is also a Google Home speaker. Since we are very remote, surrounded by forests, for everyone focused on workation, we have fast WiFi internet in the Cottage and on the terrace - fiber optic. We do not live on-site; we leave the entire area at your disposal, and we may only appear to mow the grass or clear the driveway. We border the forest, a wild pond, and the nearest buildings of the village are 300 m away behind the line of trees. Roztocze is the sunniest region in Poland, the iodine in the air is as much as by the Baltic Sea, we are far from cities, crowds, traffic jams, and smog. You will find many places for picnics and a place for a bonfire and barbecue. We accept the Lublin tourist voucher. The 3rooms place was born from dreams of a piece of our own world, where time flows slower, and the space is filled with nature. This is how we bought a hectare plot in eastern Poland, located on a small forest hill in the Landscape Park of Puszcza Solska, where there is a building of a wooden, long-closed school; we built two Cottages M and L here and renovated the 3rooms cottage, which we created based on our own architectural designs, thinking of a comfortable place, one where we would gladly stay for a weekend or vacation. Last year, on the neighboring hectare plot with a pond, we opened another two-person Cottage for guests. This place guarantees privacy, seclusion, and comfort for relaxation or work for digital nomads.
