The Residence has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a very large living room. There is certainly no shortage of space and room for 3 families with children or a group of friends. A sizable Jacuzzi tub, with plenty of water and air jets, an audio system and mood lighting will make any couple's evening enjoyable. The Jacuzzi is large enough that it will also work well for family baths because it can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children. Right next to it is an infrared sauna for 4 people. There is no need to write much about the health-promoting properties of such a sauna, but also beautifying and rejuvenating. Such a sauna will work well for people who cannot tolerate traditional saunas. However, for hot stone sauna lovers, right next to the Residence there is a traditional barrel sauna with a stove. After a session, you can cool down by jumping into our bathing pond or the cold water shower that awaits right next to the sauna. The banquet hall will be perfect for hosting a small party, and there is plenty of room for dancing. The hall is connected to a spacious kitchen with an island, which will allow you to prepare food for a larger group. A refrigerator with an ice cube maker will prove useful on hot days, but you don't have to worry about that because the Residence has air conditioning. The terrace with tables and chairs for 12 people along with a gas grill is the perfect place for outdoor gatherings. In the morning at breakfast you can hear the symphony of birds because it borders the forest. No rain will thwart your plans because the terrace is fully covered. Next to the terrace awaits a wood-fired log-bath for up to 6 people. On colder days and evenings it will add variety to your stay at our Residence. As if the attractions weren't enough right next to the Residence 2 heated pools await in the summer. Relax and have fun in the warm water in the children's wading pool and for adults there is a 12 m swimming pool. Guests of the Residence can enjoy all the attractions of the resort "Matiaszówka" such as 2 pools with heated water, swimming area with water slide, playground with carousel, trampoline, swings and slides, and volleyball and badminton fields with artificial turf. Facilities: * The living room has a corner sofa and coffee tables, as well as an 82-inch TV with a full package of Canal+, HBO, Netflix, Prime Video and Showtime. * THE SPA ZONE is two interconnected rooms, one of which houses an infrared sauna and the other a Jacuzzi tub with a system of air jets, water jets, lighting, bluetooth and a dehumidification and disinfection system. The tub is 180 x 180 cm! * The kitchen is equipped with an island, 5-burner gas stove, dishwasher, side by side refrigerator with ice cube maker, coffee maker, microwave, oven. It is equipped with a set of pots, pans and dishes and cutlery. There is also a television in the kitchen. * The toilet on the first floor has a sink, mirror, toilet and bidet. * The banquet hall is a 65 m2 area with tables and chairs for 12 people and plenty of room for dancing. * Bedroom 1 has 1 king-size double bed and 2 single beds( pull-out). There are also a closet and a dresser with a TV. * Bedroom #2 has 1 double bed and 2 single beds. It is equipped with a closet, a dresser and a desk. It has skylight windows. * Bedroom 3 has 1 double bed and 2 single beds. It is equipped with a closet, a dresser and a desk. * The bathroom has a sink, toilet, bidet, shower stall and washing machine. * On the terrace there is a table and chairs for 12 people and a gas grill. * A wood-fired loggia accommodating up to 6 people is located next to the terrace. Our Residence is located in a green, quiet area, just 6 km from Solina Lake and 9 km from Solina Dam.
