Sauerwald First is a modern, fully equipped cottage hidden in the interesting scenic forests of Warmia. On our plot there are only 2 cottages, located about 200m from each other (behind a curtain of trees) stand on a plot of more than 7 hectares, where our guests, in addition to forest meadows, stream, pond have a private forest. The Sauerwald area is directly adjacent to the forests of the Wipsowo Forest District - more than 22,000 hectares of forest on moraine areas with charming mid-forest lakes. Next to Sauerwald literally dozens of meters is a small lake, around which there are only 3 farms. The public beach is 150 meters from the cottage. The price includes a stay in a small cottage together with a large plot of land (forest-meadow, unfenced) for exclusive use. You can bring your dog - at no extra charge (as long as he does not leave behind a ton of hair or destruction:). Two bicycles and a SUP board exclusively for your use. Fresh linen and towels in the rooms and in the kitchen equipment (plates, cutlery, pots, cafe, spices) and dishwasher with cubes for it included. Firewood included in the price of your stay We are not on site - check in on your own, after 16:00 (unlimited). We send check-in details by email 7 days before your arrival date. Check-out - until 10:00 In the Cottage you will find: - lounge with fireplace (in it a sofa bed), - kitchen (equipped with a dishwasher and 2 burner electric hob), - bathroom with shower, - upstairs two independent bedrooms: a larger one with a double bed and a small one with two beds of 90 and 140 cm. In addition, exclusively for your use and at no extra charge: - a lockable outbuilding, - two bicycles, - sUP board, - barbecue, - fresh linens and towels, - in the kitchen - equipment (plates, cutlery, pots, cafe, spices, dishwasher cubes), - fireplace wood and for a bonfire, - a large plot of land (forest-meadow, unfenced) for exclusive use. The property is warm all year round, heated by a fireplace and electric underfloor heating in the bathroom, kitchen and IR panels (in the living room and bedrooms). The cottage is most comfortable for a family of 2+2.

We had a wonderful stay at Sauerwald Pierwszy and enjoyed the quiet and the beautiful nature around us. The house was perfect for two people and had everything we needed. We loved the closeness to the lake and the complimentary SUP board as well as the bikes although it was a bit difficult to use them on the bumpy gravel roads. The only thing was that the sulfur smell of the water took some getting used to but we helped ourselves by buying some water at the store for cooking. The bathroom fixtures are a bit dated, but they still work perfectly well. The contact with Adam, the host, was great. He answered immediately and was able to help us quickly when we had a small problem with the stove. All in all, it was a perfect stay and we hope to be back soon.

Quiet, peaceful and well-equipped kitchen I missed cleaning items and not everything was clean though. For this tranquility I will gladly return there
