Sauersee is a 100-year-old classic Warminsky House on the shore of an intimate lake, hidden in interesting scenic forests in Warmia, a large plot of land (fenced) for exclusive use. Sauersee is directly adjacent to the forests of the Wipsowo Forest District - more than 22,000 hectares of forests in moraine areas with charming mid-forest lakes. Sauersee is located on the lake itself, around which there are only 3 farms. It has direct access to the lake with a sandy beach and its own pier. The house has an area of about 80 m2. Inside you will find: - living room with fireplace ( in it a sofa bed ), - kitchen (equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher and a 4-burner gas cooker) - bathroom with bathtub and two independent bedrooms: - large with a double bed 160 x 200 cm - a small one with a 140x200 cm bed and a second bed of 90x200 cm and a large work table. - a lounge with a fireplace, a table and a 125x185 cm sofa bed. The house is warm all year round, equipped with maintenance-free central heating. The house is most comfortable for a family of 2 + 2, or 4 adults. Emergency accommodates 6 people. You can bring your dog - at no extra charge (as long as he doesn't leave behind a ton of hair or destruction ;) Two bicycles and a SUP board exclusively for your use. Fresh linen and towels in the rooms and in the kitchen equipment (plates, cutlery, pots, cafe, spices) and dishwasher with cubes for it included ;) Firewood included in the price of your stay We are not on site - check in on your own, after 16:00 ( no restrictions) We send check-in details by email 7 days before your arrival date. Check-out by 10:00 am. ATTENTION!!! The water in the tap comes from a deep well and passes through a treatment station. We recommend its consumption after boiling. You can confidently burn in the fireplace, maintaining safety, wood is in abundance. but please do not smoke in the cottage :cigarettes, pipes, e cigarettes, marijuana ;) etc. Please do not use open flames in the cottage (candles, tealights, torches, flares, etc). It is possible to deliver to the cottage: - "Warmian basket" - a selection of the best regional products: bread, cheese, fish, cold cuts, preserves. Three sets to choose from, in two sizes - prepared for you at home before check-in (necessary to order a few days in advance) - meals from the Restaurant with delivery to the cottage (all year round) The house gives you a zone of silence and a place for contemplation. We ask our guests to respect this place and the surroundings, including the privacy of the guests of our other cottage and our immediate neighbors. Therefore, do not plan noisy parties or noisy activities in Sauersee and keep your children and pets from visiting your neighbors ;) First part of payment by AlohaCamp, the rest 14 days before arrival (or before arrival if booking less in advance) to the account number sent in the email confirming the booking.
