There is only one house on the grounds, which gives a lot of privacy. On the property there is a large shed with a place to rest and store bicycles. Across the road is a large 2.5-acre plot with access to the Biebrza River. Thanks to an efficient and comfortable (no blowing) heating system, the house can be lived in all year round. Fireplace stove with water mantle, in addition to aesthetic qualities, provides heating for all rooms.
