Description
SowiaBrda is a year-round house in Rzeczka — a small village nestled in the valley at the foot of Wielka Sowa. We rent out the entire house only, with no shared spaces or other guests. You close the door behind you and enjoy the mountain silence all to yourselves. Inside, there are 100 m² of space for up to 6 people: two bedrooms with double beds (one can be arranged as two singles), a living room with a mezzanine and a sofa bed, and a large bathroom. The beds are always made up — in Scandinavian style, with a separate duvet for each person. The kitchen has a capsule coffee machine, the living room has a Smart TV, and there is Wi-Fi throughout the house. You control the heating independently in each room, so the house is warm at any time of the year. Outside, there is a terrace with a view of Wielka Sowa — a place for morning coffee, evening wine, and watching the fog descend from the ridge. The area: Rzeczka is one of the best starting points in the Sowie Mountains. You can hike directly from the village to Wielka Sowa (1015 m above sea level) with its stone observation tower. Within a few minutes by car: the underground city of Osówka and the mysterious Riese complex, the medieval Grodno Castle by Lake Bystrzyckie, the dam, and walks around the lake. For full-day trips — the Kłodzko Land: Stołowe Mountains, Kłodzko Fortress, the Gold Mine in Złoty Stok, or the Wilczki Waterfall. These are mountains for peaceful hikes, biking, and mushroom picking — low, green, without the crowds known from the Karkonosze. Perfect for a long weekend and a summer week away from the hustle and bustle.
