Guests of this beautiful house in the mountains have a single specified goal: relaxation with friends, rarely leaving the premises. We are in the heart of the Karkonosze Mountains, close to Sněžka and the Rudawy Mountains. The barn turns out to be everything one sometimes needs for relaxation. The building is independent for 1 group (smaller or larger, we will not accommodate anyone else with you) - you will not share the space with other guests. On the property, there are glamping tents, located away from the building, as well as a swimming pool and a hot tub (available for an additional fee), which is accessible to all guests of the property (not available for outsiders). We provide: daily views of Sněžka, summer baths under the stars in the pool and garden jacuzzi, seclusion, and an incredibly close and soothing experience of nature. We offer accommodation for groups of friends or families (up to 16 people). The building features a minimalist design. The facades are finished with black larch wood. Thanks to large glazing, the property is bright. Energy efficiency ensures comfort both in winter and summer. We use ecological sources of thermal and electrical energy. You rent the entire property consisting of a large living room with a modern kitchen, 4 four-person rooms, access to the garden with a grill, garden table, and sun loungers. In the summer season, there is an outdoor pool available on the property with a view of the panorama of the nearby Karkonosze Mountains, and you can use the grill by the property. Most of our guests appreciate the opportunity to meet in the garden area with a wonderful view of the Karkonosze panorama. We recommend hiking trips on the nearby mountain trail through the Sowa Valley to Sněžka or the Skalny Stół. There are also mountain bike trails in the nearby Olbrzymy Mountains. We offer the possibility to rent mountain, road, and electric bikes. The organization of bachelor parties and noisy feasts is prohibited.
