We offer for rent a wooden house with a fireplace in the Karkonosze mountains, at the foot of Śnieżka in Karpacz. The house and the entire property are exclusively available for its Guests. The unique interiors of the house, large garden, beautiful view of the mountains - these are its advantages. Nearby there are mountain trails, a ski lift, a pool & spa. The town center with its promenade and numerous attractions is within a short walking distance. Willa Tyrolczyk is a stylish house located on a natural elevation, among hundred-year-old rhododendrons. The garden naturally transitions into the forest. The house has a wooden facade and a Tyrolean-style terrace, from which there is a view of the garden and the Karkonosze mountains. The old villa has been completely restored. Its interiors have been newly furnished while preserving original architectural elements, decor, furniture, and hand-painted nature motifs. The villa is equipped with everything necessary to spend time in a warm, homely atmosphere with family and friends. The comfortable villa is ideal for 2-6 people, and can accommodate a maximum of 8 adults and 2 children. It consists of a living room with a fireplace, two bedrooms, a kitchen, two bathrooms, a porch, and a ski storage room. There is a large garden, three outdoor terraces - 2 open and one covered, a barbecue/fire pit area, and a hammock. Parking is available on the property. The listed price includes all utilities: electricity, gas, water; a basket of wood for the fireplace. On-site additional charges: a refundable deposit of 500,- PLN returned to the bank account within 3 days after departure. Optional: bedding and a set of towels - 50,- PLN/set. We charge on-site upon arrival if you wish to use our bedding and towels. The standard includes only bedding (duvet 140/200 and pillow 50/60) and small hand towels. Dog stay - 50,- PLN/per day. Extra bed for the 9th and 10th person – only children, youth. Firewood for the fireplace one large basket free - each additional 50,- PLN. Children up to 2 years (travel cot, high chair - upon request; we have one set) - free. Detailed description of the house: - kitchen with full equipment; - 2 bedrooms (one - double bed/ possibility of an extra bed, the other - 2 foldable double beds); - living room with a fireplace (SAT-DVD TV) and 2 foldable double sofas; - 2 bathrooms, whirlpool bath, shower; - porch; - 3 outdoor terraces. The house is warm - heating from a gas central heating boiler (dual-function), in each room a radiator with a thermostat, temperature sensor in the main room. Fiber optic internet, unlimited. Parking spaces for 3 cars, large garden available, barbecue/campfire area, hammock. The entire property is exclusively available for the Guests' use. The area is perfect for walks, behind the house is a forest and the Karkonosze Landscape Park, while at the same time it is a 5-minute walk to the main street 3 Maja and all the attractions that Karpacz offers. The house is located in the very center of Karpacz, not on the outskirts. 🌿 We have introduced a pillow menu - in addition to standard pillows for Guests, we serve natural pillows to choose from.
