Imagine having your morning coffee on a hanging terrace overlooking the lake, spending the day on a SUP or a boat, and enjoying the evening by the campfire or in a hot tub under the starry Masurian sky. We invite you to our year-round barn-style cottages in Małe Olecko. On a private, fenced plot of 3500 m², directly bordering the shoreline of the lake, there are two rental cottages – allowing you to enjoy peace, space, and true relaxation away from the crowds. Each cottage accommodates 6 people and features a hanging terrace with a view of the lake. Guests have access to a lockable bedroom for 2 people, a loft with sleeping space for another 2 people, and a comfortable sofa in the living room. Year-round comfort is ensured by underfloor heating, air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, and refrigerator. Guests can enjoy a private pier, a boat, a pedal boat, SUP boards, and bicycles. There are grills on the terraces, and right by the lake, we have prepared a campfire spot with a unique view of the water. Additionally, by the Cottage on the Bank, there is a wood-fired hot tub – perfect for relaxing after a day full of Masurian adventures. Lake Małe Olecko is a peaceful, intimate place, perfect for swimming, fishing, and relaxing close to nature. Pets are welcome, and free parking is available on the premises. If you are looking for a place to slow down, spend time with family or friends, and feel the true spirit of Masuria – we invite you.

The view from the terrace and mezzanine in the cottage is an absolute fairy tale. The cottage is well equipped, everything we needed was on site. The kitchen surprised us very positively, you can really prepare anything that comes to mind here. The barbecue on the terrace is another plus, despite the lousy weather we spent most of our time at it because you can put an awning over the terrace. In addition, there is a large, fenced plot of land. There is also a fire pit and a volleyball net, although it was difficult to use this in rainy weather. Bathing in a tub overlooking the lake is definitely a unique experience. Although the September weather was capricious we left relaxed and with the resolve to return here in a warmer month and for longer. I definitely recommend it! ❤️

I went for a girls' weekend to the Barn on the Water - an overpriced place! Responsive host, everything prepared on site; the house itself not only in a beautiful location but also everything new and neat. At the disposal of a hot tub (for an additional fee), a boat, a volleyball court, a place for a bonfire, a small playground for children. On the terrace table with seating and barbecue at your disposal. The apartment itself very cozy, all the basic equipment on site. I would prepare perhaps more blankets for use, because at this time of year sitting on the terrace, however, requires additional covering, and I think there was only one to use. The cottage also has some books and board games, badminton, so you can spend your time that way too. There is internet and upstairs a desk where you can work. Not far from the cottage, on the same property, a second house is being built, but this does not prevent you from having a nice time at the Barn. There is parking on the property. By car a quick drive to Olecko, where all city amenities are available. We rate the stay as very successful; thank you for the trouble-free communication!
