Mazury Point consists of 4 houses - two by the lake, available year-round, and two by the pond, rented out during the summer season (from May to November), located in the village of Sędki near Ełk. All properties are situated on a 1.5ha plot with access to the lake and a private pier. House by the Lake Our largest house, with an area of 200 m2 - this is a premium standard house that comfortably accommodates up to 10 people (including a maximum of 8 adults). On the ground floor, there is a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area and living room - a total of 100m2, with large windows and a view of the lake. The kitchen has two refrigerators, two ovens, a dishwasher, a JURA coffee machine, and a blender. In the living room, there is a Bose audio system, a 4k projector, and a record player. There is a fireplace - inside and outside the building. A library full of books, magazines, DVDs, and board games. A small playroom for children. On the first floor, there are 3 double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and 1 four-person apartment, with a wood-burning stove, a freestanding bathtub (the apartment has a double bed and a sofa bed with a sleeping function). Each room is air-conditioned, with a view of the lake (but also with the possibility of darkening). Next to the house, there is a huge terrace with lounge furniture, sun loungers, and a grill. House by the Lake (Smaller) A smaller house with an area of 80 m2, ideal for a couple/4 people. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped – refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, JURA coffee machine, and Braun hand blender. No TV. A record player and very good quality audio equipment are available. On the shelves, there are games and books at your disposal. On the first floor – an open loft with a double bed, a room with two single beds (which can be joined together). A large terrace (with a set of lounge furniture/sun loungers/grill) and large windows with a view of the lake. Mini SPA area - hot tub & sauna (additional fee). Please confirm your interest in using it when making a reservation. On the property, there is also a pond, a gazebo by the pond with a smokehouse, and a bread oven. Additionally - a volleyball court, a soccer field, a mini playground for the youngest children, and a bonfire area. The green areas (garden, playground, beach) are common areas. The properties have separate parking, bonfire areas, and each house has its own large terrace. Guests also have access to pedal boats, kayaks, a boat, and SUP.
