Welcome to a unique place in Warmia, where time flows more slowly, and history meets comfort. Our over 100-year-old, former German house – once a ruin – now delights as a restored gem with soul. It is a space where the tradition and character of bygone years blend with the comforts of modernity. On a picturesque plot, a cozy house awaits you, accommodating up to 9 people, ideal for families with children seeking tranquility and closeness to nature. Next to it, there is a historic, 200-year-old barn with an area of 200 m² – a witness to past eras, now a comfortable place for active relaxation (we have a gym and ping pong) and a charming gazebo with a summer kitchen and sauna, where you can celebrate moments of relaxation. Starting in May, our guests will also be able to enjoy an outdoor jacuzzi – the perfect place to unwind after a day full of experiences. Evenings will be enhanced by a cozy bonfire spot, and just 40 meters from the gate, there is a pier leading directly to the water – ideal for morning coffees or moments of reflection. Our place is a quiet zone, created with families with children in mind, who wish to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We do not organize parties – instead, we offer a space for tranquility, closeness to nature, and spending time with loved ones. If you dream of a peaceful retreat with history in the background, where every corner tells its own story – we invite you to us. We have also taken care of the youngest; the house has a travel crib, a high chair, and a bathtub. The house was built around 1920 by a local land magnate and underwent a fundamental revitalization in 2021/2022. Focusing on highlighting and respecting tradition, based on modern technology. This is a place where you will find silence and peace. Behind the wall, you have access to eggs from happy hens. On the ground floor, you have at your disposal a living room with a table for 9 people, a sofa, an armchair, a fireplace, and a beautifully restored sideboard. A bathroom with a shower. A kitchen with a mobile island, an additional round table for 4 people, and access to the terrace. There is also a bedroom with a workspace, a double bed, and a wardrobe. In this room, a travel crib can be added. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. In the cloud room, there are 2 single beds (which can be combined to make a double bed) and a sofa and a dresser. In the navy room, there are two single beds that can be combined into a double bed. This room also has a dresser. In the brown room, the same layout as in the navy room. There is also a bathroom with a shower upstairs. You have access to a beautifully furnished terrace with a set of patio furniture and a rocking chair. Outside, there is also a gazebo with a summer kitchen and a table for 12 people, where you can dine outdoors on warm summer days. For those who love sauna sessions, there is also something available.
