Welcome to a year-round cottage in the heart of Masuria. Waiting for you cottage located in the Masurian village Makosieje, on Lake Selmêt Wielki (between Elk - 20 min and Augustow - 30 min), about 2.5 h from Warsaw; - style modern barn of 55 sq. m, - the cottage comfortably accommodates 4 people, maximum 6: there are 2 bedrooms with double beds and a living room with a full-size and equipped kitchen (here also a folding 2-person sofa bed), - we have air conditioning for summer heat and electric floor heating for winter cold, - the bathroom has a shower and a toilet, - the cottage has a beautiful, large terrace equipped with garden furniture and deck chairs, - exit to the terrace is possible directly from the living room (large glass door) and from one bedroom, - thanks to the large glazing of the gable wall on the south side, the cottage has a sunny and warm aura, - the cottage has a small mezzanine where you can lie down and read books. The plot is fenced (area of 6 thousand square meters) so you can feel safe and comfortable, and your stay has the character of individual leisure. Within the boundaries of the plot there is a small canopy of young birch trees, a gazebo, a place for a bonfire and a playground for children. We support local business, so you too have the opportunity to order village eggs and delicious bread from the hosts. In addition, at your disposal is a barbecue and hammock, a desk to work, Wi-Fi and beautiful views :) Surroundings: - 300m to the public beach, - 5 min walk to the store, - 10 min by car to a good restaurant, - 3 min by car to the narrow-gauge railroad station in Sypitki, and there ice cream and waffles in season, - forest in sight.
