Guests of this beautiful house in the mountains have the only specific goal of relaxing with friends, they rarely move from here. We are in the heart of the Giant Mountains, close from us to Snezka and the Ore Mountains. The barn turns out to be everything a person sometimes needs for relaxation. The building is independent for 1 group (smaller or larger, we will not dock anyone to you) - you will not share space with other guests. There are glamping tents, away from the site, as well as a swimming pool and hot tub (extra fee), which is available to all guests of the site (no accessibility for outsiders). We provide: daily views of Snow Mountain, swimming under the stars in the pool and garden Jacuzzi in the summer, seclusion and an extremely close and soothing experience of nature. We offer an accommodation option for groups of friends or families (up to 16 people). The building presents a concept of minimalist massing. The facades are finished with tan larch wood in black. The building is bright thanks to large glazing. Energy passivity provides comfort in both winter and summer. We use eco-friendly sources of heat and electricity. You rent the entire property consisting of a large living room with a modern kitchen, 4 rooms for 4 people, access to the garden with barbecue, garden table and deck chairs. In the summer season there is an outdoor swimming pool overlooking the panorama of the nearby Karkonosze Mountains, at the property you can use the barbecue. Most of our guests appreciate the opportunity to meet in the garden with a magnificent view of the panorama of the Karkonosze Mountains. We recommend hiking on the nearby mountain trail through Owl Valley to Snezka or Rocky Table. The Olbrzymy mountain biking trails are also nearby. We offer the possibility to rent mountain bikes, road bikes and electric bikes. Bachelor and bachelorette parties and lavish feasts are prohibited.
