The Platinum Apartment is a spacious, two-level apartment with an area of 140 m², designed with comfort and harmony with the surroundings in mind. Three elegant bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a spacious living room with panoramic windows and a huge terrace (40 m²), and a private sauna make every stay an unforgettable experience. The interiors are filled with natural materials, stylish furniture, and vibrant plants, while high-quality mattresses, damask bedding, and Egyptian cotton towels ensure complete relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen with modern Electrolux appliances and Nolte furniture allows for the preparation of home-cooked meals, which can be enjoyed outdoors using the barbecue area. For the little ones, we have prepared a playground in the garden, and for active leisure enthusiasts – a ski room and direct access to hiking and biking trails. Sunny Slope is an environmentally friendly place: the apartment is powered by solar energy, uses its own deep well, and has a waste segregation system. Together with our Parents, we fulfilled our dream - we bought a sunny piece of the mountain, where we built Sunny Slope for you. We invite you to one of the two apartments in a beautiful three-story house - each with its own terrace, sauna, and unobstructed view of the Karkonosze Mountains. You can also rent the entire house just for yourself and your loved ones. We have electricity from photovoltaic panels and delicious water from our own well.
