, "How beautiful it is here"" is the statement we hear most often from our guests :-) Green Deer is a large house with soul and atmosphere. Almost 300-year-old house comprehensively restored in 2023. Located in a quiet place in Szklarska Poreba, just off the blue trail, among the forest. It is an ideal place for family gatherings, reunions of friends, workation or yoga camps. A huge green area around the house with a playground, barbecue and fireplace gives a feeling of space, relaxation and contact with nature. Our outdoor spa with sauna and jacuzzi overlooking the forest will relax and unwind you :-) Use throughout the day - they are included in the price of your stay. The common room with fireplace, ping-pong table is a space for evenings together or special parties. For groups to work or additional activities we have an additional room. The equipped kitchen and additional kitchenette give you full facilities for preparing meals, but we can recommend you proven and delicious catering. The layout of the house is as follows: First floor: - common room with tables for 25 people, fireplace, TV with Netflix, corner with board games and books, ping-pong table, - kitchen with oven, dishwasher, tableware for 25 people, - Room No. 1: 2-bedded, beds together or separately, - Room No. 2: 2-bedded, beds together or separately, - Room No. 3: 3-bedded, 3 single beds or in an arrangement of 2 together and one single, 1st floor: - room No. 5 : 2-bedded, beds together or separately - Room No. 6 for 6 persons (bedroom with double bed, mezzanine with 4 single beds, living room with large table), - Room No. 7 for 4 persons ( 2 beds together or separately, on the mezzanine 2 single beds), - equipped kitchenette with induction hob, - second entrance, - ski rack, - chill zone - additional room for rent ( conference tables or empty space for activities ) 2nd floor: - room No. 8 for up to 4 people (2 single beds, double bed + possibility of unfolding sofa bed). You can rent the house exclusively. We live nearby and provide assistance if needed :-) Other rules: We accept small dogs only if they will have their own bedding, they can not sleep in the bedding or on the couches. Use of the sauna/hot tub or bonfire is possible until 22:00. Music is prohibited outside the facility - we respect the surrounding nature and our neighbors. We take care of the silence outside. We do not organize youth 18's, lavish bachelor / bachelorette parties and corporate team-building trips. However, if you are a quiet group and are able to respect our rules - then feel free to contact us. Guests are required to leave cleanup after themselves - otherwise we will add a cleaning fee of 750 PLN.
