Szyszkowy Domek is located in a charming corner of the Podlasie countryside, amidst forests, away from busy roads and the hustle and bustle of the city. It is a year-round, thirty-square-meter cottage for 4 people, heated with a wood stove and air conditioning with heating and cooling functions. There is an enclosed garage for guests' use. Inside there is a double bed and two single beds, with the possibility of converting one of them into a crib and adding a feeding chair. The cottage is equipped with a kitchenette with basic appliances, a bathroom with a shower, a hallway with a stove and a capacious closet, as well as a living room with TV, internet and air conditioning. We provide towels, bedding and hygiene products. For the youngest ones there are board games, puzzles, coloring books, swings with a slide, a wooden house, a sandbox and sports equipment. Guests can use a gazebo with a grill, a coffee table, a fire pit, two fishing rods for fishing at the pond, and bicycles - three mountain bikes and two children's bikes. In order to reach the place conveniently, it is advisable to enter the phrase "Szyszkowy Domek" in maps, as the address itself is sometimes misguided by navigation. The surrounding area is extremely quiet and full of charm - around you can meet both forest animals and farm animals, with whom we work every day. Our residential house stands about 30 meters away. We run a dairy farm, so the presence of chickens, ducks or cats is a natural part of everyday life. The location of the cottage provides convenient access to the main attractions of the region. Nearby are fish ponds with the possibility of buying fresh and smoked fish, forests full of mushrooms and local farms offering products straight from the farmers. In the surrounding villages you can see historic churches, Orthodox churches and synagogues, visit Mount Grabarka, visit the chalk mine in Mielnik, enjoy canoeing on the Bug River or relax at the surrounding lakes. The region also offers walking trails, viewpoints, botanical gardens, museums and natural sites to visit during your stay. Important information: we do not issue VAT invoices.
