A rustic and unique rural accommodation, located between the sea, mountains and authentic white villages in southern Spain, loved mainly by those who appreciate the simplicity and tranquility of nature. The Finca is set on 7 hectares of lush rolling hills with breathtaking views. It is an eco-friendly, off-grid, solar-powered accommodation. The 4-bedroom farmhouse has traditional Spanish charm updated with comfortable amenities and a private pool, accommodating a total of 10 people depending on its configuration. The Citrus Suite: 2 separate bedrooms, each with a double bed or 2 twin beds. Both rooms open onto a comfortable common area with dining table and sitting area, a small private patio and a bathroom with an extra large shower. La Palma: A cozy double room and adjacent more than spacious common area to relax in during your stay. The guest room features a brand new bathroom that we have lovingly designed. In the common area, you will find a dining area, a sofa bed for two and a window overlooking our rock garden (can be configured with 1 double bed or 2 single beds) The Agave: A quirky and ultra cozy double room with an antique wooden archway leading to a quiet nook for additional space. Just OUTSIDE this room, you will find a small bathroom in the hallway (can be configured with 1 double bed or 2 single beds) In addition to the guest rooms, the cottage has a large kitchen equipped with gas stove and oven, refrigerator, cooking utensils and a country style dining table that seats 15. The appliances are modest but have everything you need. Adjacent to the kitchen, you will find a lounge area with a flat screen TV and then a large game room with pool table and ping-pong. The kitchen opens onto a large covered terrace with dining table and seating that overlooks a lawn area for games and then the pool with views of the mountains and countryside. The terrace has a large outdoor charcoal grill for barbecues. The surrounding "countryside" is very special, with wild flowers, avocado, fruit and citrus trees. We have friendly chickens roaming around, and occasionally horses and a donkey visit. Our gardener grows his own produce in a large vegetable garden by the pool. There are no other buildings in sight and you only hear nature and occasional windmills as you relax on your vacation. This is an idyllic place to unwind a bit and perhaps reconnect with friends and family. Staying at The Wild Olive means immersing yourself completely in the natural environment of Andalusia. We are in the middle of several natural parks for you to explore or challenge yourself with activities such as hiking, climbing, via ferrata, canyoning, biking, windsurfing, kite surfing and more. Not to mention that breathtaking hiking trails begin just outside the gates of the property.
