It is here, where you will find our paradise - Uroczysko Lubajny, where we will be pleased to host you.... . We invite you to our wooden, year-round house with a pond in Masuria adapted for 6 people. We created this place with attention to every detail to prepare a private, cozy, comfortable and unique space for relaxation with friends and family. Wood, natural colors, the amenities of a loggia and sauna, and the view of the pond and birch grove guarantee an unforgettable rest, and the proximity to the city provides additional attractions. The house is located on a fenced plot with a barbecue area. By the charming pond, among the birch trees, there is a large shed and a place for a bonfire. We put at your disposal: On the first floor: - Cozy living room with sofa and fireplace, combined with dining room and seating area (Smart TV, wi-fi), - Fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, etc.), - Bathroom, - Atmospheric veranda with swings, - Orangery with a large table and seating area. In the attic: - Three bedrooms with double beds, - Toilet. Lubajny Resort has the following attractions, included in the price of your stay and exclusively at your disposal: - a heated hot tub (in winter, at sub-zero temperatures, due to the possibility of water freezing in the pipes, the hot tub may have to be taken out of service), - glass sauna with a view of the birch forest, - deck chairs, - hammock, - garden furniture, - barbecue, - a shed with a fireplace, - a pier over the pond, ideal for lovers of fishing and feeding the ducks, - zone for the youngest: slide, sandbox, swings, for the safety of the youngest the garden is fenced off from the part by the pond. Towels, bedding and a welcome kit await each of our guests at home. For safety reasons, the property has a monitored parking lot and entrance. Surrounding area: The surrounding area is conducive to walking, biking and swimming in the summer - after all, we are in Masuria! A few steps from the house (about 700m) there is a well-equipped grocery store with delicious, fresh bread from local bakeries :) Called the Pearl of Masuria, Ostróda is only 6km away. There every lover of summer festivals and good food will find something for themselves. Lubajny is located in close proximity to the S7 road, so access by car will not be a problem. * Possibility to come with a dog by prior arrangement, additional fee billed on site. * We do not make the house available for special events such as stag or hen parties.
