El Pandu is a rural house of modern-minimalist architecture built in 2010 and is located on an independent plot of 1800 m2. Located in Villanueva de Pria, Concejo de Llanes, Asturias. From its large windows and thanks to its privileged location, you can enjoy the Asturian natural landscape and stunning views of the sea and the Bufones de Pria, which can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. El Pandu is perfect for those looking for a quiet vacation in a rural and cozy atmosphere. It has four beaches nearby, which can also be reached on foot if you wish. The beach of Canal is only 8 minutes walk away, the beach of Cuevas del Mar is 20 minutes away, the beach of San Antonio is 40 minutes away and the beach of Guadamía is 50 minutes away. The house is located about two kilometers from Nueva de Llanes, a small town that has all kinds of services, restaurants and small stores for shopping. Larger towns such as Posada or the town of Llanes and Ribadesella are also a few kilometers away. In about 50 minutes you can access different entry points to the Picos de Europa.
