DISTRIBUTION AND EQUIPMENT OF VILLA GUADALUPE: The house Villa Guadalupe is a beautiful modern family house built in 2004 completely free standing and very sunny. It is surrounded by a large garden overlooking the estuary and Ribadesella and has an area to park the car inside the property. It also has a large terrace with sofas and views where you can relax and enjoy the comfort and tranquility of this space. As for the interior of Villa Guadalupe, we will find a cozy house, fully equipped to offer maximum luxury and comfort in your stay as well as a decoration chosen with detail and care. The distribution would be as follows: it has a fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils and appliances needed for cooking, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, a kitchen table and the traditional charcoal stove (now used decoratively); on the other hand has a spacious living room with fireplace and television with great views while with respect to the rooms would be two: one room with double bed and one room with two single beds, finally has two full bathrooms both with shower. We can offer you a crib if you need it (please let us know in advance) and we also accept pets on request. Throughout the house there is Wi-Fi connection, heating for the colder months of the year.
