Our magnificent house Brisa de Caravia is located in a residential and quiet neighborhood of the village of Duesos, in Caravia-Baja, a few meters from the Espasa beach and the beach of La Isla, some of the most beautiful beaches of Asturias. The village of Duesos is located in a strategic position to move around the east of Asturias, a few minutes drive from places as emblematic as the beach of La Griega where we can see authentic dinosaur footprints, the Jurassic Museum of Asturias (MUJA) or the beautiful and unique fishing village of Lastres scene of various audiovisual productions. DISTRIBUTION AND EQUIPMENT OF THE HOLIDAY HOME BRISA DE CARAVIA: Our house Brisa de Caravia is a single family detached house built in 2007 very quiet and sunny. The house is located in a pedestrian street in the neighborhood of Los Francos which can be accessed by car with tranquility. Inside the property we can leave the car parked. Also with respect to the exterior, the house has a large sunny and fully enclosed garden where we will find outdoor furniture and barbecue to make the most of privacy and outdoors. As for the interior of the holiday home Brisa de Caravia, we will see a two-storey house decorated with love and detail, fully equipped and comfortable. The internal distribution of the house would be as follows: a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, utensils and kitchen utensils necessary to enjoy autonomy and independence when cooking: oven, dishwasher, washing machine, a kitchen table with chairs, coffee maker, etc.; on the other hand, has a large living room with fireplace and library to recreate our mind with a pleasant reading, besides having this room a beautiful view of the garden and direct access to it, in the same way, the living room is joined in an open space in the dining room table, on the other hand, with respect to the rooms would be four in total: one with a double bed and three rooms with two single beds of which one of them has access to a small terrace overlooking the garden. Finally, it would have three complete bathrooms. The whole house has heating for the coldest months of the year and if you need it we can offer you a crib (on request), also pets are allowed on request. This house is perfect for large families or friends traveling in a group of up to 8 people and who want tranquility and privacy within walking distance of the beach.
