La Santa is a centenary house of stone and wood totally rehabilitated in its interior for the tourist use, although conserving its traditional Asturian essence. It is surrounded by native forests in the upper part of an estate of 250 hectares, although completely independent and quiet. In the surroundings of the house there are fabulous paths and trails for quiet walks, communicating through roads with the surrounding houses such as La Collada. A short drive will take you to different villages where you will find many good restaurants and stores as well as activities and natural spaces where cycling, hiking and even learn to surf on the beach. This stunning house is ideal for a group of friends, 2 small families or a large family group. Outside, there is a private recreational area with barbecue, benches and wooden tables. It also has a delimited garden area exclusive to the house where you can contemplate the magnificent views of the Picos de Europa. From the house there are different trails and exquisite paths to enjoy the nature of Asturias. As for the internal distribution of the house La Santa, consists of two floors connected by the original wooden staircase inside the house. On the second floor we find the access to the house, with a large living room with TV, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, toaster, kitchenware and Italian coffee maker and a washing machine and a double bedroom with bathroom with shower. Upstairs there are three spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two bedrooms with a double bed of 1.05m and two full bathrooms. The whole house has radiators for heating and has free rural Wi-Fi connection. Pets are also allowed on request and we offer crib and extra firewood if needed (on request).
