Casa Cándida is a beautiful and unique house located in the quiet village of Samalea, in Piloña. This little corner of Asturias is surrounded by beautiful mountains and rivers with endless possibilities for routes, activities, and adventures. Our vacation home, Casa Cándida, was built in stone and completely renovated with great taste and style between 2019 and 2020 to give it maximum elegance and brightness. Spread over three floors, it faces east on its main façade, although access is via the west side of the house. In front of the house, there is parking space for one car, and you can also park in the surrounding area of the village as long as you do not obstruct the passage of neighbors. At the entrance, there is a small porch, behind which we enter the house through the hall. To the right, we find the spacious and fully equipped kitchen-dining room with a dining table for four people, all the necessary kitchenware and crockery, a blender, an Italian coffee maker and a capsule coffee machine (DeLonghi Dolce Gusto), a dishwasher, a ceramic hob, an electric oven, and an extractor hood. Next, there is a staircase leading up to the upper floor and another staircase leading down to the double-height living room with a large window overlooking the garden and the mountains, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, and a beautiful decorative fireplace. At the end of the living room, there is a door that leads directly to the garden, where you will find outdoor furniture, a gas barbecue, and the laundry room. Retracing our steps, we take the staircase to the upper floor, where there is a double bedroom with a 180 cm bed, TV, large wardrobe, and a spacious and bright bathroom with a shower. The double bedroom connects to another double bedroom, which is accessed via four steps and has a 135 cm bed, TV, wardrobe, and armchair bed. The entire property has free Wi-Fi, hot water via aerothermal energy, heating via individual electric radiators, and sheets, towels, and blankets are provided for our guests. Cots are available on request for an additional €5/night, and pets are also welcome on request for an additional €5/pet/night.
