El Collau I Vacation Rental is located in the village of La Frecha, which is about 5 kilometers from Sevares via the PI-13 municipal road (Villar de Huergo - Caldevilla), very close to and well connected with the N-634 national road, which allows you to reach Arriondas in just 15 minutes by car and Oviedo and Gijón in less than an hour. The exterior of the house has a simple and practical layout. At the front of the house, there is access to the private garden with a barbecue and outdoor table. To enter the house, you cross a small porch with a wooden bench and an original table lovingly handcrafted using the original structure of Singer® sewing machines. Inside, you will find a completely rustic and peaceful house laid out as follows: a kitchen equipped with a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and kitchenware, as well as a dining room-living room. There are two bedrooms with double beds (one of them with a television) and a full bathroom with a shower. El Collau I has heating throughout the house for the coldest days of the year, and we provide a complete set of towels, sheets, and blankets for guests at no additional cost.
