La Frecha is about 5 kilometers from Sevares via the PI-13 municipal road (Villar de Huergo - Caldevilla), very close to and well connected with the N-634 national road, which allows you to reach Arriondas in just 15 minutes by car and Oviedo and Gijón in less than an hour. It is a traditional, cozy, and simple house, perfect for couples looking to relax in a natural and rural setting with beautiful landscapes. Outside, it has easy access, a parking area near the house, a small and cozy terrace with outdoor furniture, and great views of the mountains. Inside, it has a basic and comfortable living room-kitchen decorated in a rustic style (with a ceramic hob, microwave with grill, kitchenware, and dining table), a full bathroom, and a double bedroom with clean sheets and towels.
