Our rural house La Collada is a stone and wood farmhouse, completely renovated for tourist use but maintaining its rustic flavor. It is a totally independent lodging located in a 250 hectares farm near the Piloña river. Therefore, it is ideal for tourists who want more privacy and tranquility. It has a large outdoor area exclusive to the house from where you can admire the magnificent views of the Picos de Europa. It also offers the possibility to take beautiful walks through the forest and discover its native trees. DISTRIBUTION AND EQUIPMENT OF THE RURAL HOUSE LA COLLADA: Internally, La Collada consists of two floors connected by an internal wooden staircase. In the lower part there is a living-dining room with fireplace and television, a fully equipped kitchen and a small toilet with washing machine. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms (two single beds), each with its own private bathroom and a balcony (traditionally called in Asturias "corredor"). Outside, at the entrance we have a small porch with a "escaño" (typical Asturian bench with a folding table) as well as tables and chairs. We also have sofas and outdoor tables under the original Hórreo of the house, ideal for relaxing outdoors as well as barbecue and wooden benches and the traditional laundry room of the house to live a complete Asturian experience. Throughout the house we have Wi-Fi connection and heating systems for the colder months of the year as well as the possibility of adding a crib (on request) and accept pets (also on request). The cottage La Collada is perfect for those who want to enjoy the greatest possible tranquility and nature.
