Our magnificent palatial mansion Los Campos is a unique and spectacular home, preserving the reminiscence of the luxury of the era in which it was built, rehabilitated for tourist use. It is located in the quiet village of Peruyes, located between the famous towns of Ribadesella and Arriondas where we will find a wide range of activities and services as well as a step away from the beautiful beaches of Llanes and the famous town of Cangas de Onis. In Peruyes we will find a haven of peace and tranquility surrounded by the typical Asturian rural essence, being located in this village renowned artisans such as the Gamoneu L'arbeyal cheese factory with designation of origin and several awards. Don't forget to visit our surroundings section to discover what to do in the main destinations of eastern Asturias. DISTRIBUTION AND EQUIPMENT OF THE RURAL HOUSE LOS CAMPOS: The palatial manor house of Los Campos dates back to 1732 as shown by the farm stone that we find at the entrance of the house. Both externally and internally it has been adapted and refurbished for tourist use so it offers everything necessary for a comfortable and pleasant stay. As for the exterior, it has a walled garden and porch with an idyllic stone bench carved by hand and an area for barbecues. In the same way, inside the wall we can comfortably park our vehicle. Also in the interior of the property we will find annexed to the house a hórreo which is a typical Asturian structure made of wood, stone and tile that is commonly used for several centuries to store grains and other food as well as farming tools, preserving everything from moisture and the presence of rodents. Underneath this hórreo we will find an area of sofas to relax comfortably outside. As for the interior of the house of Los Campos is located on a single floor which is accessed by the original stone staircase, has delicate and handmade ceramic floors and a rustic decor. The distribution would be as follows: it has a fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils and appliances necessary for cooking and also has a kitchen table and chairs and traditional coal stove (today mainly for decorative use, and oven, has a spacious dining room and a comfortable and cozy living room with fireplace. As for the bedrooms, there are four in total: two rooms with double beds and two rooms with two single beds. At each end of the house there are two bathrooms, one with bathtub and the other with shower. Throughout the house there is Wi-Fi connection, heating for the coldest months of the year and pets are allowed on request. This house is perfect for those traveling with family or group of up to eight people and looking to stay in a house where they can enjoy the greatest possible comfort and tranquility.
