Beautiful house in Cuadroveña less than 5 minutes (only 1.5km) from Arriondas. Arriondas is the perfect place to stay and enjoy the East of Asturias to the fullest, with endless possibilities and where you will find a haven of peace to rest from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. DISTRIBUTION AND EQUIPMENT OF EL BLAO: Our vacation home El Blao is located in an idyllic and privileged setting on the outskirts of Arriondas, right at the foot of the Sueve. It has a large fenced garden, and you will also have plenty of space to park cars. Outside, we will find outdoor furniture, a beautiful porch, and a sunny and quiet terrace with great views. As for the internal distribution, it consists of two floors. On the lower floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining room, a living room with Smart-TV and access to the terrace, two double bedrooms with wardrobes, and a full bathroom with a shower. On the upper floor, we will find another attic double bedroom, a toilet, and a trundle bed that will serve as an extra bed upon request and for an additional fee. The entire house has free Wi-Fi, pets are allowed upon request and for an additional fee, and a travel crib is also available upon request and for an additional fee. The house El Blao has shared access at the entrance of the property with the annex apartment at the lower part of the building, and although this apartment is separate and independent from the house and has two independent entrances, they share the first access from the road.
