Las Ardillas is a house located on a large estate in Cardoso, next to Nueva de Llanes. Halfway between Llanes and Ribadesella and 4-5 km from the spectacular beaches of Gulpiyuri, San Antolin, Cuevas del Mar, Toranda and Torimbia, Barru and Niembru. The house is distributed on 2 floors and is ideal to spend a few days of tranquility and fun with family and friends enjoying nature. Perfect place for rest where everything is green, there are centenary oaks with squirrels included! The sounds of the birds chirping and the running water of the stream provide wellness for young and old. OUTDOORS The property has 2 levels, in the lower part is the house with front garden and porch and in the back a gazebo with a grill perfectly equipped for large barbecues. In the upper part there are swings, a swimming pool (metal structure and pvc), an Andalusian bench where you can spend wonderful afternoons sunbathing and playing football/volleyball/shovels, etc. thanks to the spaciousness of the garden. DISTRIBUTION On the lower floor there is a bedroom with double bed, a complete bathroom with shower and kitchen. In addition to a spectacular living room of 36 m2 with high ceilings and fireplace. Both the kitchen and the living room have access to the porch. Upstairs there is an open room (with curtains as a separation) with double bed and access to balcony, a bathroom with shower and a room with bunk beds: the upper bed is 1.35 m and the lower 2 beds of 0.90m. The surroundings of Cardoso stand out for its natural beauty and its rural environment, typical of the area. The landscape is dominated by green meadows, rolling hills and lush forests, where tranquility prevails. Nearby are the majestic Picos de Europa, offering breathtaking views and hiking trails through mountainous and rural landscapes. A short distance away, there is also the rugged Cantabrian coast, with its characteristic beaches and cliffs, where beaches such as Torimbia and Barro provide a spectacular contrast between mountain and sea.
