The cabin is located in the heart of the Bolimów Forest – full of forest paths, bike serpentine roads, and magical corners, where every turn smells like childhood and a jar of raspberries. 🚲 The trails here are like mazes created by fairies — a bit of sand, a bit of shade, lots of laughter, and zero traffic. This is a place where you can just get up, put on sandals or pink Crocs and say: I’m going forward. Without a goal. But with a banana on your face. All of it. 🌟 Rules for using the "In the Enchanted Forest" cabin Dear Guest, we are glad you chose this place to rest, pause, and soak in the silence. This cabin was created from passion and care – many items inside have their own story and soul. To ensure a good shared experience for you and us – please familiarize yourself with the following rules. ⸻ 1. GENERAL RULES 1.1. By staying in the cabin, the Guest accepts these rules. 1.2. The rental applies only to the number of people reported at the time of booking. 1.3. Third parties (not included in the reservation) may only stay on the premises with the host's consent. ⸻ 2. DECORATIVE ITEMS AND EQUIPMENT 2.1. The cabin contains decorative items – some of which have sentimental or material value. 2.2. Please treat the equipment with respect – do not move or remove decorations from the walls and shelves. 2.3. The Guest is fully financially responsible for any damage, destruction, or theft of equipment items caused by them or by children and accompanying persons. 2.4. In case of damage to decorative items, the cost of compensation will be deducted from the deposit or claimed based on the owner's valuation. ⸻ 3. CHILDREN AND SAFETY 3.1. The cabin is not equipped for small children – it contains many delicate items. 3.2. Parents and guardians are required to constantly supervise children's behavior and are fully responsible for their actions. 3.3. The owner is not responsible for accidents resulting from non-compliance with the above. ⸻ 4. WE RESPECT QUIET AND NATURE 4.1. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. 4.2. Organizing parties, bachelor parties, hen parties, or other loud events is prohibited. 4.3. Please do not use external speakers and do not disturb the peace of the area. ⸻ 5. ANIMALS 5.1. Pets are allowed only after prior arrangement. 5.2. The owner is responsible for any damage caused by the pet. 5.3. Guests arriving with their dogs are required to clean up any mess made by their pets, both inside and on the property. We care about cleanliness, comfort, and a pleasant atmosphere for all visitors – please be responsible and take care of the shared space. Otherwise, a cleaning fee will be deducted from the deposit. ⸻ 6. CLEANING AND LEAVING THE CABIN 6.1. Please leave the cabin in a generally tidy state. 6.2. Trash should be placed in the trash bin. 6.3. Any damage or problems should be reported immediately to the host. 6.4. If you arrived with your pet, please clean up any mess inside, especially outside. ⸻ 7. RESPONSIBILITY AND COSTS 7.1. In case of property damage, the Guest is obliged to cover the costs of repair or replacement. 7.2. The host reserves the right to deduct costs from the deposit or report the damage through civil proceedings. ⸻ 📜 ADDITIONAL Important information / Rules for using the "In the Enchanted Forest" cabin 1. The rental of the cabin is for recreational and leisure purposes only. 2. Guests are welcome to take souvenir photos and short video recordings for personal use – e.g., family photos, social media stories, or photographs from their stay. 3. Organizing during the stay photo or film sessions of an organized nature (e.g., involving photographers, models, studio equipment, styling, etc.) is prohibited if the stay was booked as recreational. 4. Using the cabin and its surroundings for commercial purposes (advertising, product, fashion sessions, photo/video workshops, promotional recordings) requires prior consent from the owner and a separate agreement and price list. 5. Any violation of this condition will result in a contractual penalty of 1500 PLN and the obligation to pay a fee according to the commercial rental price list. 6. The owner reserves the right to terminate the stay without refund in case of violation of the above rules. 7. Guests have 4 boxes of wood available on-site, for any use in the hot tub, bonfire, or fireplace. Each additional box of wood costs 50 PLN. 8. Using the hot tub and sauna The price (100 PLN per day) includes the possibility of using the hot tub or sauna. Service is self-managed by guests. a) Filling the hot tub Filling the hot tub is done independently using a garden hose, which should be inserted from the top into the hot tub. A detailed instruction manual is provided in printed form — it is on the table in the dining room. b) Lighting the hot tub and sauna Lighting and adding to the stove in the hot tub and sauna is done independently, using wood prepared next to the wood shed. c) Preparing the wood If necessary, chopping the wood is also the guests' responsibility. d) Fire starter We provide boxes for lighting, but we do not guarantee their dryness — this depends on weather conditions and humidity. We recommend bringing your own fire starter. e) How to burn We recommend lighting the fire and adding smaller pieces of wood, slightly larger than those used solely for lighting — this will allow for more efficient and safe heating of the hot tub or sauna. ——— Thank you for your respect and care for this place.
